MORTISE LOCK EQUIPPED WITH HALF IDLE GEAR FOR DEADBOLT
The present invention relates to a mortise lock equipped with a gear structure directly connected to a deadbolt having a half idle gear. The mortise lock includes: a housing which includes a body having a front plate formed with first and second retraction holes, a first guide portion and a first bearing for a ratchet bolt, a second guide portion and a second bearing for a deadbolt, a cover combined with the body, and a storage portion surrounded by the cover and the body; a ratchet bolt guided by the first guide portion and moving in and out through the first retraction hole; a deadbolt including a first guide groove into which the second guide portion is inserted, a second guide groove in a rear position of the first guide groove, and a coupling groove portion formed in one side; and a deadbolt driving unit including a driving motor having a first gear, a second gear which is engaged with the first gear, mounted in the storage portion and having a guide pin inserted into the second guide groove as a rotary shaft, and a second lever which includes a second swing shaft combined with the second bearing, a coupling end portion combined with the coupling groove portion, and a second shaft hole formed on the second swing shaft.
본 발명은 하프 아이들 기어를 갖는 데드볼트 직결구조의 모티스 락에 관한 것으로, 제1 및 제2출몰공이 형성된 전면판과, 래칫볼트용 제1가이드부 및 제1축설부와, 데드볼트용 제2가이드부 및 제2축설부를 포함하는 바디, 상기 바디에 결합되는 커버 및 상기 바디와 커버로 둘러싸인 수납부를 구비한 하우징, 상기 제1가이드부에 의해 안내되고 상기 제1출몰공을 드나드는 래칫볼트, 상기 제2가이드부가 삽입되는 제1안내홈과, 상기 제1안내홈의 후방에 구비된 제2안내홈과, 일 측에 형성된 결합홈부를 포함하는 데드볼트, 제1기어를 갖는 구동모터와, 상기 제1기어에 맞물리고 상기 바디의 수납부에 설치되며, 상기 제2안내홈에 삽입되는 가이드핀을 회전축으로 하는 제2기어와, 상기 제2축설부에 결합되는 제2스윙축, 상기 결합홈부에 결합되는 결합단부 및 상기 제2스윙축에 형성된 제2축공을 포함하는 제2레버를 포함하여 이루어진 데드볼트 구동부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
