APPARATUS FOR INJECTING AND RE-INJECTING GAS INTO PAIR-GLASSES
According to the present invention, an apparatus for injecting and re-injecting a gas into pair glass comprises a nozzle body, a socket, a cap, a plug, a first seal, and a second seal. The nozzle body comprises: a nozzle lower part extended into the interior of a first glass plate; a nozzle upper part protruding to the outside of the first glass plate; a wedge opening a jaw to fix the nozzle body to the glass plate; and a tool insertion groove as a flow path, the tool insertion groove having a hexagonal section, allowing a tool to be inserted thereinto to rotate the nozzle body, thereby changing the direction of the nozzle lower part and maintaining the nozzle body not to be turned when the cap is coupled. The socket allows the nozzle body to be received therein and has a jaw to be locked into the edge of the inner surface of the first glass plate and upper part protruding to the outside of the first glass plate. The cap is coupled to the nozzle upper part of the nozzle body through a screw and has a wrench engagement section formed thereon. The plug is coupled to the upper part of the nozzle body to open and close the flow path of the nozzle body. The first seal is arranged between the nozzle body and the socket. The second seal is arranged between the socket and the first glass plate.
본 발명에 따르면, 제 1 유리판의 내부로 연장된 노즐 하부, 제 1 유리판의 외부로 돌출된 노즐 상부,노즐 동체를 유리판에 고정하기 위해 조우(jaw)를 벌려주는 웨지(wedge) 및, 공구를 삽입하여 노즐 동체를 회전시킴으로써 노즐 하부의 방향을 변화시킬 수 있고 캡 결합 시 노즐 동체가 돌아가지 않게 유지 할 수 있도록 유로의 육각형 단면 공구 삽입홈을 구비한 노즐 동체, 상기 노즐 동체를 내부에 수용하고 제 1 유리판의 내표면 모서리에 걸리는 조우(jaw) 및 상기 제 1 유리판의 외부로 돌출되는 상부를 가지는 소켓, 상기 노즐 동체의 노즐 상부에 나사 결합되고 스패너 공구 맞물림 단면이 형성된 캡, 상기 노즐 동체의 노즐 상부에서 상기 노즐 동체의 유로를 개폐시킬 수 있도록 결합된 플러그, 상기 노즐 동체와 상기 소켓 사이에 배치된 제 1 시일 및, 상기 소켓과 상기 제 1 유리판 사이에 배치된 제 2 시일을 구비하는, 복층 유리 개스 주입 장치가 제공된다.

According to the present invention, an apparatus for injecting and re-injecting a gas into pair glass comprises a nozzle body, a socket, a cap, a plug, a first seal, and a second seal.
