SHAFT CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF HINGE FOR FIREPROOF SHUTTER
The present invention relates to a rotary shaft connecting structure of a hinge for a fireproof shutter. The rotary shaft comprises: an upper rotary shaft (130) which has a coupling block (131) in an upper part to form a cutoff supporter (132) in a coupling block (131) and has a connecting protrusion part (133) in the inner side of the cutoff supporter (132); and a lower rotary shaft (140) which has a coupling block (141) in the lower part and a cutoff supporter (142) in the coupling block (141) opposite to the cutoff supporter (132) of the upper rotary shaft (130) and has a connecting groove part (143) in the inner side of the cutoff supporter (142) to insert a connecting protrusion part (133) formed in the cutoff supporter (132) of the upper rotary shaft (130), thereby easily opening and closing an emergency escape door, etc. and smoothly detaching and attaching the door by folding and spreading a fireproof shutter since the rotary shafts of a hinge are firmly connected in a vertical direction to be interlocked.
본 발명은 방화셔터용 경첩의 회전축 연결구조에 관한 것으로,상부에 결합블록(131)을 형성하여 결합블록(131)에 차단지지대(132)를 형성하고 차단지지대(132)의 내측으로 연결돌출부(133)를 형성한 상부회전축(130)과, 하부에 결합블록(141)을 형성하고 결합블록(141)에 차단지지대(142)를 형성하여 상부회전축(130)의 차단지지대(132)에 대향하도록 하고 차단지지대(142)의 내측으로 연결홈부(143)를 형성하여 상부회전축(130)의 차단지지대(132)에 형성한 연결돌출부(133)를 삽입할 수 있도록 하는 하부회전축(140)으로 구성하므로, 상하로 연접하는 경첩의 회전축 연결을 견고하게 하여 상호 연동할 수 있도록 하므로 비상탈출문 등의 개폐가 용이하도록 유도함과 동시에 방화셔터의 접힘과 펼침에 따라 원활하게 분리 결합할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
