INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL EQUIPMENT FOR AGRICULTURAL HOLDING

The present invention is to provide an installation and removal device (A) for agricultural holdings (H) which mounts or pulls out, in a convenient and speedy manner, an agricultural holding (H) in or from the ground. The present invention comprises: an installation unit (1) having a weight body head (3) disposed on an upper portion thereof, hitting an upper end of the agricultural holding (H) by the weight of the holding to enable the same to be mounted in the ground and a hollow pipe type body part(4) fixed on the lower portion of the installation unit (1) and wrapping the outer surface of the agricultural holding (H), wherein the agricultural holding (H) is inserted inwardly to a bottom portion of the weight body head (3); a clamp (5) installed on an upper portion of the head (3) of the installation unit (1), allowing the holding (H) to pass through and be clamped; and a removal unit (2) having a support piece (6) protruding upwardly from the clamp (5) and a support pole (7) erected from an upper portion of a support plate (8) in contact with the ground to support the support piece (6) when the body part is laid (4) down to pull out the holding (H). According to the present invention, the installation and removing device for agricultural holdings has effects of: mounting the agricultural holding (H) without difficulties; ensuring durability of the holdings (H) by minimizing damage to the same (H); allowing a user to pull out the holding (H) planted firmly in the ground under the principle of leverage; and making the ground even or removing weeds as rakes (81) and blades (82) are formed on the support plate (8), which is disposed on a bottom end of the support pole (7).

본 발명은 농작물 지주(H)를 지중에 보다 간편하고 신속하며 용이하게 박아 넣거나 뽑아낼 수 있도록 한 농작물 지주(H)용 설치 및 철거장치(A)를 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 상기 본 발명은 상부에 지주(H)의 상단을 자중에 의해서 타격하여 지주(H)가 지중으로 박히도록 형성된 중량체 헤드(3)의 하부에 지주(H)가 내측으로 삽입되어 외측을 감싸도록 하향되는 중공 파이프형태의 몸체(4)가 고정 설치된 설치부(1)와, 설치부(1)의 헤드(3) 상측에 설치되어 지주(H)를 통과시켜서 클램핑하는 클램프(5) 및 클램프(5)의 상측에 돌출되게 형성된 지지편(6)이 구비되면서 몸체(4)를 눕혀서 지주(H)를 뽑을 시 지지편(6)이 받침 지지되도록 지면에 접하는 받침판(8)의 상측에서 기립되게 형성된 봉상의 지지대(7)가 구비되게 이루어진 철거부(2)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 의하면 큰 힘을 들이지 않고도 지주(H)를 박아 넣을 수 있으면서 지주(H)의 파손을 최소화시켜 지주의 수명을 장구히 하며, 지렛대원리에 의해서 지중에 견고하게 박힌 지주(H)까지도 극히 작은 힘으로 신속히 뽑아낼 수 있으며, 지지대(7) 하단의 받침판(8)에 형성된 갈퀴(81)나 칼날(82)에 의해서 땅을 고르거나 잡초를 제거하는 등 다양한 기능을 갖는 것이다.
