APPRATUS FOR REMOVING LANE PAINT OF ROAD
Provided is an apparatus for removing lane paint of a road. A power unit is mounted on an upper surface of a hangar panel seated on a frame, a grinding unit is connected to a lower surface of the hangar panel, and a first gear assembly for transmitting power from the power unit to the grinding unit is positioned not to be aligned with the grinding unit, thus preventing vibration of the grinding unit from being directly transmitted to the first gear assembly. Also, a height adjusting unit and a buffer unit are provided in the hangar panel to adjust a height of the grinding unit and reduce vibration. According to the apparatus for removing lane paint of a road configured in this manner, an error of a component can be prevented through the disposition of the components, and manufacturing cost of the apparatus can be reduced. In addition, since the apparatus can be operated using power, user convenience can be enhanced.
차선 페인트 제거장치는 프레임에 거치되는 행거패널의 상면에 동력수단을 안착시키고 행거패널의 하면에 연삭수단을 연결시키고, 동력수단의 동력을 연삭수단으로 전달하기 위한 제1 기어어셈블리를 연삭수단과 동일축선상에 위치시키지 않도록 함으로써 연삭수단의 진동이 제1 기어어셈블리로 직접 전달되지 않도록 하고, 행거패널에 높이조절수단 및 완충수단을 구비함으로써 연삭수단의 높이를 조절하고 진동을 저감시킬 수 있다. 이와 같이 구성되는 차선 페인트 제거 장치에 의하면, 구성요소 배치에 의해 구성부품의 고장을 방지할 수 있고, 장치의 제조단가를 절감할 수 있으며, 동력을 이용하여 운행이 가능하므로 사용상의 편의성이 증대되는 이점이 있다.
