The present invention relates to a heating window technique and, more specifically, to an energy reduction type window unit for preventing dew condensation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heating window unit includes: a window substrate; a frame connected to the window substrate in order for the window substrate to be mounted on an installation place; a surface heating unit partially or gradually heating the window substrate by being selectively coated on one side of the window substrate; and a first electrode of a first polarity and a second electrode of a second polarity, which is different from the first electrode, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected to the surface heating unit to apply electricity to the surface heating unit.
본 발명은 발열 윈도우 기술에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 에너지 절감형 결로 방지용 윈도우 유닛에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 발열 윈도우 유닛은, 윈도우 기판; 및 상기 윈도우 기판을 설치 장소에 거치하기 위해 상기 윈도우 기판에 결합되는 프레임을 포함하는 발열 윈도우 유닛으로서, 상기 윈도우 기판의 일 면에 선택적으로 코팅되어 상기 윈도우 기판을 부분 가열 또는 차등 가열하기 위한 면상 발열체; 및 상기 면상 발열체에 전력을 인가하기 위해 상기 면상 발열체에 전기적으로 접속된 제 1 극성의 제 1 전극 및 상기 제 1 전극과 다른 제 2 극성의 제 2 전극을 포함한다.
