DISMEMBERMENT METHOD OF FIXED TYPE OFFSHORE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a method to dismantle a fixated type offshore structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: transporting a carrier provided with an entering space formed by a pair of leg platforms, towards an offshore structure targeted for dismantlement on the sea; inserting legs of the offshore structure into the entering space formed between the pair of leg platforms by moving the carrier; gripping and fixating the legs of the offshore structure inserted between a pair of leg platforms by using grippers provided on the pair of leg platforms; cutting a lower portion of the gripped legs by the grippers to separate the upper structure of the offshore structure from the legs fixated on a seabed; transporting the separated upper structure by the carrier to a dismantle processing area on land with the grippers holding the cut leg portions; and dismantling the upper structure transported to the dismantle processing area.
고정식 해양구조물의 해체방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 고정식 해양구조물의 해체방법은 한 쌍의 레그플랫폼에 의해 형성된 진입공간을 구비한 운반선을 해체작업이 필요한 해양구조물이 설치된 해상으로 이동시키는 이동단계와, 운반선을 이동시켜 해양구조물의 다리를 한 쌍의 레그플랫폼 사이에 형성된 진입공간에 삽입시키는 진입단계와, 한 쌍의 레그플랫폼에 설치된 그리퍼를 이용하여 한 쌍의 레그플랫폼 사이에 진입된 해양구조물의 다리를 잡아 고정시키는 파지단계와, 그리퍼에 의해 파지된 다리의 아래쪽 부분을 절단시켜 해양구조물의 상부구조물을 해저면에 고정된 다리에서 분리시키는 절단단계와, 절단된 다리부분을 그리퍼로 파지한 상태로 해체작업을 수행하는 육상의 해체작업장으로 분리된 상부구조물을 운반선을 이용하여 예인하는 운반단계 및 육상의 해체작업장으로 운반된 상부구조물을 해체하는 해체단계를 포함한다.
