BOOM HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
The present invention relates to a device for controlling oil pressure of a boom of a construction machine, which can efficiently realize boom down action by minimally operating a hydraulic pump using the weight of a boom. More specifically, the device for controlling oil pressure of a boom of a construction machine, comprises: an operation part operated by a worker to carry out boom down action; a hydraulic pump which is operated by receiving a signal of the operation part, and generates oil pressure using oil; a rod side oil passage to which pressure oil generated from the hydraulic pump is transferred; a cylinder which performs piston motion by the pressure oil transferred through the rod side oil passage, and is operated by the weight of the boom by discharging oil from the inside of the cylinder in accordance with instructions of the operation part; a head side oil passage which is installed on one side in the direction of a piston rod of the cylinder, and to which pressure discharged from the cylinder is transferred; an oil tank which stores pressure oil discharged through the head side oil passage; and a recirculation part which is constructed for communicating one side of the rod side oil passage with one side of the head side oil passage, and transfers the pressure oil discharged from the cylinder to the rod side oil passage to resend the oil passage to the cylinder for reuse so as to compensate for lost pressure.
본 발명은 건설기계의 붐 유압 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 붐의 자중을 이용하여 유압펌프를 최소한으로 가동하여 붐 다운 동작을 효율적으로 구현할 수 있도록 한 건설기계의 붐 유압 제어장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 건설기계의 붐을 동작시키기 위한 붐 유압 제어장치에 있어서, 붐 다운(boom down) 동작을 실시하기 위해 작업자가 조작하는 조작부; 상기 조작부의 신호를 받아 작동하고 오일을 이용하여 유압을 발생시키는 유압펌프; 상기 유압펌프로부터 발생된 압유가 압송되는 로드측 유로; 상기 로드측 유로를 통해 전달된 압유에 의해 피스톤운동하고 더불어 상기 조작부의 지시에 따라 내부의 오일이 배출되면서 붐의 자중에 의해 작동하는 실린더; 상기 실린더의 피스톤로드 방향 일측에 설치되고 실린더로부터 배출되는 압유가 이송되는 헤드측 유로; 상기 헤드측 유로를 통해 배출된 압유가 저장되는 오일탱크; 및 상기 로드측 유로와 헤드측 유로 일측이 연통되도록 부설되고 실린더로부터 배출되는 압유를 로드측 유로로 압송하여 다시 실린더로 보내 재사용하여 손실된 압력을 보정하기 위한 재순환부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 건설기계의 붐 유압 제어장치를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a device for controlling oil pressure of a boom of a construction machine, which can efficiently realize boom down action by minimally operating a hydraulic pump using the weight of a boom.
