The present invention provides a prefabricated wall which is installed by a dry construction method for dividing a life space or a work space in a house or a building. The prefabricated wall positions an insulator between a pair of exterior panels which maintains a gap therebetween, and embeds a frame in a circumference to be installed on a floor in a prefabricated manner by the dry construction method for dividing the life space or the work space in the house or the building. The present invention includes: an actuator mounted on a lower part side frame of the wall from both sides of a lower part of the wall, provided with an output shaft driven in a vertical direction with respect to the floor and an input shaft penetrated through any one of the exterior panels of the wall to be exposed and installed in an embedded type; a handle installed in a manner of being attached to or detached from the input shaft of the actuator; and a floor material installed between the lower part of the wall and the floor and coupled to the output shaft of the actuator, thereby lifting and lowering the floor material as the handle is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to compensate for a gap between the wall and the floor.
본 발명은 주택이나 건물에서의 생활공간 또는 업무공간 구획을 위해 건식공법으로 설치되는 조립식 벽체를 제공함에 의해 달성되게 되는데, 이 조립식 벽체는 간격을 유지해 한 쌍으로 배치되는 외장재들의 사이에 단열재가 위치되고, 주연으로 프레임이 내장되어 주택이나 건물에서의 생활공간 또는 업무공간 구획을 위해 건식공법으로 바닥에서 조립식으로 설치되는 벽체로서, 벽체의 하부 양측에서 벽체의 하부 측 프레임 상으로 탑재되고 바닥에 대하여 수직방향으로 구동하는 출력축과 벽체 어느 하나의 외장재를 관통하여 노출되는 입력축이 구비되어 내장형으로 설치되는 액추에이터과, 액추에이터의 입력축과 탈착식으로 설치되는 핸들 및 벽체의 하부와 바닥의 사이에서 설치되고 액추에이터의 출력축과 결합되는 바닥재를 포함하여서, 핸들을 정역으로 회전시키는 것에 따라 상기 바닥재가 오르고 내리어 상기 벽체와 상기 바닥 사이에서의 틈새를 보상하게 된다.
