The present invention relates to a fixing clip for a construction material. The fixing clip for a construction material which fixates a reinforcing bar on a flat tie fixated on a die comprises: a body consisting of an upper piece, a lower piece, and a bent part formed by bending a steel plate; a combining means installed to pressurize and fixate the reinforcing bar by penetrating and combining the upper piece and the lower piece; and a fixing part formed to be connected with a lateral side of the upper piece or the lower piece. The present invention has an effect of solidly fixating a die while the reinforcing bar is fixated through a distribution of reinforcements by fixating the reinforcing bar on a combining member after inserting the reinforcing bar inside the fixing clip in a state of connecting and fixating the fixing clip on the flat tie fixated and installed in the die. For the above, the fixing clip has the fixing part formed to be inserted into the fixing hole of the flat tie in the lateral side of the upper or lower piece after forming the steel plate by a bending operation. The present invention also has an effect of maximally reducing operational costs by shortening an operational time without an extra welding process as a worker is able to simply fixate the reinforcing bar on the flat tie with the fixing clip.
본 발명은 건축자재용 고정클립에 관한 것으로서, 거푸집에 고정된 플랫타이에 철근을 고정하는 건축자재용 고정클립에 있어서, 철판을 벤딩하여 형성되는 상부편, 하부편, 굴곡부로 이뤄진 몸체와, 상기 상부편과 하부편을 관통결합하여 철근을 가압고정하기 위해 구비되는 결합수단과, 상기 상부편 또는 하부편 측면으로 연결형성되는 고정부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 철판을 벤딩작업하여 형성한 다음, 상부편 또는 하부편 측면에 플랫타이의 고정공에 삽입되는 고정부가 형성된 고정클립을 구비함으로써, 상기 고정클립과 각각의 거푸집에 고정설치된 플랫타이를 연결고정한 상태에서, 철근을 고정클립 안쪽을 삽입한 다음, 결합부재로 철근을 고정함으로, 철근을 배근하여 고정할 수 있는 동시에, 거푸집을 견고히 고정할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 작업자가 철근과 플랫타이를 고정클립으로 간단히 고정할 수 있음으로써, 별도의 용접 공정이 필요 없기 때문에 작업시간을 단축할 수 있어 작업비용을 최대한으로 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
