PC HOUSE INSTALLATION STRUCTURE USIN THE ASSEMBLING STEEL FORM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BRIDGE FOUNDATIONS USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a PC house installation structure used for a mold of a bridge foundation in a river or sea, comprising: a support member of which one end is coupled with an upper part of a pile buried in the ground surface of a river or sea, vertically extended from the ground surface and joined with a plurality of frames in the horizontal direction; and a steel form used as a mold of concrete poured to form a bridge foundation, made up of steel material, having curved units formed to correspond to each of the piles and configured to have a plurality of divided sections, wherein the steel form configured to have a plurality of divided sections is connected and mounted to a vertical connection body as a linear member of which one end is fixated to an upper part of the support member, form a space to accommodate concrete by being fixated by a horizontal connection body as a linear member. The support member is configured to ascend or descend the vertical connection body of which one end is fixated to the upper part thereof and the steel form fixated to the vertical connection body.
본 발명은 하천 또는 해상 교각 기초의 거푸집 용도로 이용되는 피씨하우스의 설치구조에서, 일단이 하천 또는 해상 저면에 매입된 파일 상부에 결합되고 그 위로 수직연장되되, 상부에 수평방향을 포함한 다수 개의 프레임이 결합된 형태로 구성되는 지지부재; 상기 교각 기초를 형성시키기 위해서 타설되는 콘크리트의 거푸집으로 이용되는 부재로써, 강재(Steel)로 이루어지며 각각의 파일에 대응되는 굴곡부가 형성된 채로 다수 개 분할된 형태로 구성되는 스틸폼;를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 다수 개로 분할된 스틸폼은 상기 지지부재의 상부에 일단이 고정된 선형부재인 수직연결체에 연결되어 거치되고, 선형부재인 수평연결체로 가로질러 서로 묶여서 고정됨으로써 콘크리트가 타설되는 공간을 형성시키며, 상기 지지부재는 상부에 일단이 고정된 수직연결체와 상기 수직연결체에 고정된 스틸폼을 승ㆍ하강시킬 수 있게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
