LOW TEMPERATURE SINTERING DIELECTRIC COMPOSITION AND MULTILAYER CDERAMIC CAPACITOR
The present invention relates to a low temperature sinterable dielectric composition and a multilayer ceramic capacitor. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the suggested low temperature sinterable dielectric composition comprises BaTiO_3 as a main component; and a secondary component including 1.0 to 2.0 mol% of BaCO_3, 0.5 to 1.0 mol% of a rare-earth oxide which is at least one selected from the group consisting of Y_2O_3, Ho_2O_3, Dy_2O_3, and Yb_2O_3, 0.1 to 1.0 mol% of a manganese oxide (MnO), and 1.0 to 2.0 mol% of a borosilicate-based glass, with respect to 100 mol% of the main component. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a low temperature sinterable dielectric composition satisfying a characteristic of a temperature range of X7R without including Ca in the main component, and a multilayer ceramic capacitor using the low temperature sinterable dielectric composition as a dielectric can be produced.
본 발명은 저온 소성 유전체 조성물 및 적층 세라믹 커패시터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따라, 주성분인 티탄산바륨(BaTiO)과, 100 몰%의 주성분에 대해 탄산바륨(BaCO) 1.0 ~ 2.0 몰%, YO, HoO, DyO및 YbO로 이루어진 군으로부터 적어도 하나 이상 선택된 희토류 산화물 0.5 ~ 1.0 몰%, 산화망간(MnO) 0.1 ~ 1.0 몰%, 그리고 붕규산염계 유리 1.0 ~ 2.0 몰%를 포함하는 부성분을 포함하는 저온 소성 유전체 조성물이 제안된다. 또한, 적층 세라믹 커패시터가 제안된다.
