METHODE AND STRUCTURE FOR WALING INSTALLATION OF SOIL GUARD

The present invention relates to a single wale of an earth-anchor steel structure for a strut and a construction method therefor capable of being repeatedly used. The structure comprises: a single wale having two identical cross-section steel materials; a spacing keeping connection plate which can replace a stiffener; a bearing plate; a wale fixation unit; and a spacer. As such a single wale of an earth-anchor steel structure for a strut according to an embodiment of the present invention is capable of making angle bracket assembly work and grouting work simple using a minimum amount of welding, shortening the construction time by minimizing the number of welding works, saving the construction costs and quality satisfaction by reducing the materials needed, facilitating steel wire extending work and fixation pole supporting work by penetrating the steel wire and shaft bolt between the pair of wales, preventing jamming due to the wales and negligent accidents due to fall of other materials and welding work by removing work of penetrating steel wire holes and inserting steel wires of the earth anchors into the holes and securing the safety of workers.

본 발명은 흙막이 지보공의 어스앵커 단독 띠장 강재 구조물 및 그 시공방법을 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 서로 마주하는 동일 단면 강재로 띠장을 구성한 후 이러한 띠장에 스티프너 대체 용도의 간격유지용 연결판과 지압판 및 띠장 고정장치, 그리고 스페이서를 조립하여 반복 사용이 가능한 가설 흙막이 지보공의 어스앵커 띠장 구조물을 구성한 것이며, 이에 따라 앵글 브라켓과 홈메우기용 강재의 재사용이 가능하도록 하고, 앵글브라켓과 홈메우기를 최소한의 용접으로 간편하게 조립 시공 할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 용접작업의 최소화를 통해 공사 기간을 단축하면서 재료의 소모성을 줄여 공사비 절감과 품질 만족도를 향상시키는 한편, 한쌍의 띠장 사이로 강선과 축볼트를 통과시킴으로서 강선 인장 및 고정축 지지를 용이하게 하고, 띠장 강선홀을 뚫어서 어스앵커(Earth Anchor)의 강선을 끼어 넣는 번거로운 작업을 제거하여 띠장에 의한 협착 사고 또는 기타 부재의 낙하와 용접작업으로 인한 안전사고 등을 방지하면서 작업자의 안전성을 확보한 것이다.
