PANEL STRUCTURE FOR CURTAIN WALL
Disclosed is a panel structure for a curtain wall. The panel structure for a curtain wall includes: an inner plate unit having a through hole; an outer plate unit spaced from the inner plate unit and located to be parallel with the inner plate unit; a middle plate unit located between the inner plate unit and the outer plate unit and having a middle through hole to correspond to the through hole; a bolt unit passing through the through hole and the middle through hole, wherein a head unit is attached to the middle plate unit; a nut unit coupled to the bolt unit passing through the through hole and the middle through hole and attached to the inner plate unit; and a spacer cap unit formed of an elastic material and connected to a head of the bolt unit to be located and attached between the inner plate unit and the middle plate unit. The panel structure for a curtain wall maintains thermal insulation performance to prevent dew condensation. The panel structure also maintains a stable structure against an external force.
본 발명은 관통홀이 형성된 내부 플레이트부; 상기 내부 플레이트부로부터 이격되어 상기 내부 플레이트부와 평행하게 위치된 외부 플레이트부; 상기 내부 플레이트부와 상기 외부 플레이트부 사이에 위치되고, 상기 관통홀에 대응하도록 중간 관통홀이 형성된 중간 플레이트부; 상기 관통홀 및 상기 중간 관통홀을 관통하여, 헤드부가 상기 중간 플레이트부에 밀착되는 볼트부; 상기 관통홀 및 상기 중간 관통홀을 관통한 상기 볼트부와 체결되어 상기 내부 플레이트부에 밀착되는 너트부; 및 탄성 재료로 이루어지고, 상기 볼트부의 헤드에 결합되어 상기 내부 플레이트부와 상기 중간 플레이트부 사이에 위치되어 밀착되는 스페이서 캡부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼월용 패널 구조물을 개시한다. 상기와 같은 커튼월용 패널 구조물은 단열 성능을 유지시켜 결로 현상이 방지되도록 하며, 외력에 대하여 안정적 구조를 유지한다.
