LEAKAGE OIL PRESSURE COMPENSATING DEVICE FOR GATE CYLINDER OF MOVING GATE
The present invention relates to an apparatus to compensate a leakage oil pressure of a gate cylinder of a moving gate, and more specifically to a new technology to stably support a water gate arisen without causing any movement by automatically compensating for a leakage oil pressure of a gate cylinder. Existing turnover type water gates open and close a water gate using a gate cylinder, wherein a leakage occurs while a gate is being shaken due to a leakage oil pressure in a region where a connection unit of a hydraulic line and an electronic control valve to open or close the hydraulic line are installed, and the gate is partially opened and a heavy load is applied to the gate. To solve the problems, an apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention accumulates the rest of hydraulic pressure oil after using part of the hydraulic pressure oil to maintain a water gate arisen using the gate cylinder and discharging the rest of hydraulic pressure oil to the gate cylinder when a leakage oil pressure is generated, thereby compensating for the lost leakage oil pressure.
본 발명은 가동보 수문의 수문실린더 누유압 보상장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 수문을 개폐하는 수문실린더의 누유압을 자동으로 보상하여 상기 수문을 기립상태에서 유동없이 안정적으로 지탱하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 전도식 수문은 수문실린더를 이용하여 수문을 개폐하는데 유압라인의 이음부 및 유압라인을 개폐하는 전자제어밸브가 설치된 부위에서 발생하는 누유압에 의해 수문이 흔들리면서 누수가 발생함은 물론 일부 개방되며, 부하가 많이 걸리는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해소하기 위한 방안으로 상기 수문실린더를 이용하여 수문을 기립상태로 유지하고 난 여분의 유압유를 유압유 축적탱크에 축적하였다가 누유압의 발생시 유압유를 상기 수문실린더로 내보내어 손실된 누유압을 상쇄할 수 있도록 함을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
