FIXING APPARATUS FOR WINDOW FRAME
The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus for installing a window frame which introduces a lifting body and an operational body whose heights are adjusted to fill a gap between an installation opening part of a concrete building structure and a window frame (or a door frame) if the window frame is fixed on the opening part for new construction or repair to facilitate levelness adjustment and fixing work to eliminate fixing work such as anchor bolt driving work from a location outside the building as in conventional window frame fixing work to provide safety and prevent noise and dust problems during an anchor bolt driving process to guarantee a comfortable construction environment, remove a cause for a complaint from a neighbor, and eliminate a hole on the window frame to improve waterproof and wind protection properties and immediately mount a window to shorten construction time and block a storm to perform indoor construction work and secure a residential environment in an early stage. According to the present invention, the fixing apparatus for installing a window frame comprises: a base having a guide unit and a mounting unit; a lifting body having a gliding restriction unit disposed on one side thereof and mounted on the guide unit of the base and a female screw unit; an operational body mounted on the mounting unit of the base to rotate and provided with a male screw unit mounted on the female screw unit of the lifting body; and a support body disposed on the other side of the lifting body.
본 발명은 신축 또는 개보수시 콘크리트 건축구조체의 설치 개구부에 창틀(또는 문틀)을 고정하는 경우 개구부와 창틀 사이의 틈새를 메우도록 높이가 조절되는 승강체 및 작동체를 도입하여 수평 맞춤 및 고정 작업이 쉽게 이루어지게 되므로 종래 창틀 고정 작업과 같이 건물 외부 위치에서 앵커볼트 박기 작업 등의 고정작업을 진행하지 않아도 되므로 안전하고 앵커볼트를 박는 과정에서 발생되는 소음 및 분진 문제가 없어 쾌적한 공사 환경이 보장되고 이웃의 민원 소지도 없애며, 창틀에 구멍이 발생되지 않으므로 방수 및 방풍 특성이 보다 완벽해 지며, 즉시 창문을 장착할 수 있어 공기 단축이 가능하고 비바람이 차단되므로 공사 실내 작업 및 거주 환경 확보가 조기에 가능한 창틀 시공용 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 창틀 시공용 고정장치는 안내부 및 결합부를 구비한 베이스; 일측에 구비되고 베이스의 안내부에 결합되는 활주 구속부 및 암나사부를 갖는 승강체; 상기 베이스의 결합부에 장착되어 선회하고 승강체의 암나사부에 결합되는 수나사부를 갖는 작동체; 및 상기 승강체의 타측에 구비된 지지체;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
