The present invention relates to a device for maintaining a gap of a mold and a construction method for a concrete structure using the same. The device for maintaining a gap of a mold maintains a gap of a mold using small amounts of components to facilitate installation and disassembly work and control installation and disassembly in a wide space which is the outside of the mold, thereby obtaining watertightness. According to the present invention, the device for maintaining a gap of a mold includes: a gap maintaining rod (10) installed between a first mold and second mold built at fixed intervals, wherein both sides in the longitudinal direction protrude by passing through the first and second molds; and a connection unit supporting the gap maintaining rod by being supported on the first and second molds and individually connected to both sides in the longitudinal direction of the gap maintaining rod protruding from the first and second molds. The gap maintaining rod includes: a rod main body (11); a coupling unit individually formed on both sides of the longitudinal direction of the rod main body, wherein the connection unit is connected to the coupling unit to be separated; and a division inducing unit (13) having a smaller area than that of the outside and the inside adjacent to a point spaced at fixed distance from both ends of the longitudinal direction of the rod main body to the inner side and fractured by rotation of the connection unit or the rotation of the division inducing unit so the division inducing unit is divided into a removal unit (11-2) on the outside including the coupling unit and an embedded unit (11-1) embedded in the concrete.

본 발명은 거푸집의 간격유지장치 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 적은 수량의 부품을 이용하여 거푸집의 간격을 유지함으로써 설치와 해체 작업이 용이하도록 하고, 거푸집의 외부인 넓은 공간에서 설치와 해체의 조작이 가능하도록 하며, 수밀성을 확보함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 거푸집의 간격유지장치는, 상호 간에 일정 간격을 두고 세워지는 제1,2거푸집의 사이에 설치되면서 길이방향의 양측이 상기 제1,2거푸집을 관통하여 돌출되는 간격유지봉(10)과; 상기 제1,2거푸집으로부터 돌출된 상기 간격유지봉의 길이방향의 양측에 각각 체결되면서 상기 제1,2거푸집에 지지되어 상기 간격유지봉을 지지하는 체결수단을 포함하고, 상기 간격유지봉은 봉 본체(11), 상기 봉 본체의 길이방향의 양측에 각각 형성되며 상기 체결수단이 분리 가능하게 결합되는 결합부, 상기 봉 본체의 길이방향의 양측 단부에서 안쪽으로 일정 거리 이격되는 곳에 이웃하는 내부와 외부측보다 작은 단면적으로 형성되며 상기 체결수단의 회전 또는 자신의 회전에 의해 파단됨으로써 상기 결합부를 포함하는 외부측의 제거부(11-2)와 콘크리트에 매설되는 매설부(11-1)로 분할되도록 하는 분할유도부(13)를 포함한다.
