MORTAR COMPOSITION USING BETA-HEMIHYDRATE GYPSUM AND MORTAR USING THEREOF

The present invention relates to a mortar composition using β-hemihydrate gypsum, and mortar using the same. More particularly, the mortar composition comprises: β-hemihydrate gypsum which is an industry byproduct; a slag fine powder which can complement final strength; components for reducing dry shrinkage and preventing cracks, which include anhydrite and cement; and a water reducing agent and a retarding agent for adjusting construction performance and setting time. The mortar composition is environment-friendly, and has a short curing period, thereby having excellent cost-efficiency while securing a fixed strength.

본 발명은 β-반수석고를 이용한 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 모르타르에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 산업 부산물인 β-반수석고에 후기 강도를 보완할 수 있는 슬래그미분말과 건조수축 감소 및 균열방지를 위한 무수석고 및 시멘트, 시공성능 및 응결시간의 조절을 위한 감수제 및 지연제를 첨가함으로써, 친환경적이고 양생기간이 짧아 경제성이 우수하며, 일정한 강도를 확보할 수 있는 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 모르타르에 관한 것이다.
