CROSSING GATE FOR VEHICLES
According to the present invention, a crossing gate for a vehicle comprises: a driven shaft installed on a frame to be rotated in a forward and a reverse direction, and provided with a crossing gate mounted on a rear end thereof to be linked and rotated to an opening/closing side; a driven crank installed on a front end of the driven shaft to allow a first rotary end of the other side with respect to a first connection end to eccentrically rotate in the forward and the reverse direction; a drive crank arranged below the driven crank and installed to allow a second rotary end of the other side with respect to a second connection end connected to a drive shaft of a motor to eccentrically rotate in the forward and the reverse direction; a connecting rod wherein a horizontal rotary shaft of the first connection end is mounted in a guide groove of an upper end thereof to be rotated in the forward and the reverse direction and moved in both directions, and a second connection end is mounted on a lower end thereof to be rotated in the forward and the reverse direction; and a pair of elastic members which are inserted into both longitudinal ends of the guide groove, and absorb an impact generated when the horizontal rotary shaft of the first connection end moves along the guide groove in both direction.
본 발명에 따른 차량 차단기는, 프레임에 정역 방향으로 회전가능하게 설치되며, 후단에 차단바가 개폐측으로 연동회전 가능하게 결합되는 종동축과, 상기 종동축의 전단에 결합된 제1연결단을 기준으로 타측의 제1회전단이 정역 방향으로 편심 회전가능하게 설치되는 종동 크랭크와, 상기 종동 크랭크의 하방에 배치되며, 모터의 구동 축에 연결된 제2연결단을 기준으로 타측의 제2회전단이 정역 방향으로 편심 회동가능하게 설치되는 구동 크랭크와, 상단의 가이드홈 내에 상기 제1연결단의 수평회전축이 정역 방향으로 회전 및 양 방향으로 이동가능하게 결합되며, 하단에 상기 제2연결단이 정역 방향으로 회전가능하게 결합되는 커넥팅 로드 및, 상기 가이드홈의 종 방향 양단에 각각 십입되며, 상기 제1연결단의 수평회전축이 상기 가이드홈을 따라 이동할 때 발생하는 충격을 양 방향에서 완충하는 한 쌍의 탄성부재를 포함한다.
