THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PILE USING SOIL AND GROUTING

The present invention relates to a method for installing a pile using soil and a grouting material. More specifically, the method for installing a pile using soil and grouting embeds a pile in the ground, and comprises: (a) a step of surveying a location where a pile is to be inserted by a design; (b) a step of making grouting liquid in a gel form mixed with soil dug when excavating and then injecting the grouting liquid into equipment capable of excavating and spraying the grouting liquid; (c) a step of excavating a point surveyed in step (a) and spraying the grouting liquid to mix the grouting liquid and soil dug when excavating to make a gel form; (d) a step of embedding and seating a pile selected by structural calculation in the mixture of the gel form; and (e) a step of curing the mixture after step (d). The present invention almost completely eliminates slime produced when excavating to eliminate a need for a slime removal process and mixes the grouting liquid and soil to reduce a grouting material when excavating to shorten construction time and reduce construction costs. Also, a steel pipe or a PHC pile is inserted into a material in a gel form in which the soil and the grouting liquid are mixed to form a foundation to be used as a foundation of a skyscraper or an important structure. Also, the present invention excavates the ground and sprays the grouting liquid at the same time to form a gel form on a location where the pile is to be installed to easily insert the pile by the weight of the pile to drastically reduce a pile installation step to shorten construction time and reduce construction costs.

본원발명은 토사와 그라우팅재를 이용한 파일 시공방법에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 지반에 파일을 근입하는 시공방법에 있어서, (a) 설계에 의해서 파일이 시공될 위치를 측량하는 단계와, (b) 굴착시 발생되는 토사와 혼합되어 겔(gel) 상태를 이루는 그라우팅액을 제조한 후 굴착 및 그라우팅액을 분사할 수 있는 장비에 주입하는 단계와, (c) 상기 (a)단계에서 측량된 지점을 굴착하면서 그라우팅액을 분사하여 굴착시 발생되는 토사와 그라우팅액이 혼합되어 겔(gel) 상태를 만드는 단계와, (d) 상기 겔 상태의 혼합 물질에 구조계산에 의해서 선정된 파일이 근입되어 안착되는 단계 및, (e) 상기 (d)단계 후 양생하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 굴착시 발생되는 슬라임이 거의 없어 슬라임의 제거공정이 필요치 않을 뿐만 아니라 그라우팅액이 토사와 혼합되어 굴착시 그라우팅하는 재료가 적게 들어 파일의 시공기간 및 시공비를 절약할 수 있는 발명이다. 또한, 토사와 그라우팅액이 혼합된 겔 상태의 물질에 강관 또는 PHC파일 등이 삽입되어 기초를 이룸으로써 고층빌딩이나 중요한 구조물의 기초로 사용가능하게 한 발명이다. 또한, 본 발명은 지반을 굴착하면서 그라우팅액을 동시에 분사하여 파일이 시공될 위치가 겔 상태를 이루고 있어 파일의 자중에 의해서 손쉽게 삽입 가능하여 파일의 시공단계를 획기적으로 줄인 발명으로 파일의 시공기간 및 시공비를 절약할 수 있는 발명이다.
