The present invention relates to a pedestrian safety fence usable as a median divider which improves visibility of a pedestrian and a driver when the pedestrian walks at night, the driver drives a vehicle, or the driver drives in rain. The pedestrian safety fence usable as a median divider is a means installed on a pedestrian safety fence, a median divider of a road, or a guide rail to secure visibility of a pedestrian and a driver, and comprises: a plurality of post pipes separated from each other in a front and a rear direction and erected on the ground, wherein upper portions thereof are blocked by a cover unit; and a plurality of connection pipes connected between the post pipes. The pedestrian safety fence usable as a median divider further comprises: a vertical hole formed on one side and/or the other side of the post pipe; an LED advertisement unit which is mounted in the vertical hole to seal the vertical hole, and provides an advertising effect by light emission of an LED; an LED light emitting means disposed in the cover unit and connected to the LED advertisement unit and a commercial power line; and a connection pipe connecting means to connect and fix two connection pipes positioned in front of and behind the post pipe to penetrate the post pipe.
본 발명은 야간 보행자의 도보시 또는 차량의 주행시나 우천 주행시 보행자 및 운전자의 시인성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 중앙분리대겸용 보행자 안전펜스에 관한 것으로, 보행자 안전펜스 또는 도로의 중앙분리대나 가이드레일에 설치되어 보행자 및 운전자의 시인성을 확보해주는 수단으로, 전,후 간격을 두고 지면에 세워지고 상부가 커버부로 막혀 있는 다수의 기둥관과, 기둥관들의 사이를 연결하는 다수의 연결관을 포함하는 중앙분리대겸용 보행자 안전펜스에 있어서, 상기 기둥관의 일측이나 타측 또는 일,타측에 형성되는 수직홀과; 상기 수직홀에 밀봉되게 장착되고 엘이디의 발광을 통해 광고 효과를 내는 엘이디 광고부와; 상기 커버부의 내부에 상기 엘이디 광고부 및 상용 전기선과 연결되게 구비되는 엘이디 발광수단과; 상기 기둥관의 전,후방에 위치되는 두 개의 연결관을 상기 기둥관에 관통되게 연결 고정하는 연결관 연결수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
