The present invention relates to a super-tall complex building system having a large spatial structure, capable of maximizing efficiency of the use of land, increasing stability of a building structure, and adding a horizontal city function of a super-tall building, comprising: a pair of super-tall buildings; a large spatial structure provided in a column-free space formed between the super-tall buildings and including an upper dome serving as a roof and a lower dome serving as a floor; and a cable connected to the large spatial structure and the super-tall buildings to support the large spatial structure, wherein the pair of super-tall buildings are disposed in a direction perpendicular to each other.
본 발명은 대공간 구조물을 구비한 초고층 복합 빌딩 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 한 쌍의 초고층 빌딩; 상기 초고층 빌딩 사이에 형성되는 무주공간에 마련되되 지붕 역할을 하는 상부돔과 바닥 역할을 하는 하부돔을 포함하는 대공간 구조물; 및 상기 대공간 구조물과 상기 초고층 빌딩에 연결되어 상기 대공간 구조물을 지지하는 케이블;을 포함하며, 상기 한 쌍의 초고층 빌딩은 서로 직교하는 방향으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
