HYBRID WOOD DECK BOARD USING DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED NEEDLELEAF TREE AND BROADLEAF TREE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a hybrid wood deck board using a Korean needleleaf tree and broadleaf tree which suitably combines a Korean needleleaf tree and a Korean broadleaf tree to actively recycle a discarded Korean broadleaf tree and easily use the Korean needleleaf tree which cannot be used as a deck board as the deck board to markedly increase utilization of the trees, and is mounted using an assembly groove and an assembly protrusion to effectively prevent two wooden materials of different material properties from bending and deforming by a difference in contraction and expansion of the wooden materials. The hybrid wood deck board comprises: a hard upper board formed by drying or carbonizing a wooden material of a broadleaf tree species, and provided with at least one assembly groove formed on a lower surface thereof in a longitudinal direction; and a soft lower board which has a horizontal width equal to the width of the hard upper board, is affixed to the lower surface of the hard upper board, comprises an assembly protrusion formed in the longitudinal direction to be inserted into the assembly groove, and is formed by drying or carbonizing a wooden material of a needleleaf tree species.
본 발명은 국산 침엽수와 국산 활엽수를 적절히 조합하여 폐기되는 국산 활엽수를 적극적으로 재활용하면서 데크재로 사용할 수 없는 국산 침엽수를 데크재로 손쉽게 사용하여 그 활용성이 현저히 증대되도록 하고 조립홈과 조립턱으로 결합하여 물성이 다른 두 목재의 수축 및 팽창의 차이에 의한 휨과 변형이 원활히 방지되도록 하는 국산 침엽수와 활엽수를 이용한 하이브리드 목재 데크재에 관한 것으로, 본 데크재는 활엽수종의 목재가 건조되거나 탄화되어 형성되고, 하면에 적어도 하나 이상의 조립홈이 길이 방향으로 형성되는 경질상판과; 상기 경질상판과 동일한 수평 방향의 폭을 가지고, 상기 경질상판의 하면에 접착되며, 상기 조립홈에 끼워지도록 상면에 길이방향으로 조립턱이 형성되고, 침엽수종의 목재가 건조되거나 탄화되어 형성되는 연질하판을; 포함한다.
