REINFORCEMENT OF AUTOMATIC CLAMPING DEVICE WINDOW FRAME AND METHOD
Provided are an apparatus and a method for automatically fastening a reinforcing member of a window/door profile, capable of effectively reducing facility costs and effectively managing a factory space, and enhancing productivity, by fastening reinforcing members of two rows in a single facility structure including a profile transfer device and a fastening device. In order to achieve the objective, the apparatus for automatically fastening a reinforcing member of a window/door profile comprises: a transfer unit moving a pair of profiles having a reinforcing member inserted therein through a conveyer; a separation and supply unit installed at a rear end of the transfer unit, aligning the pair of moved profiles to the center tightly, and subsequently separating the pair of profiles into two rows such that the profiles are spaced apart from each other; an injection unit simultaneously gripping the profiles separated in two rows and injecting the same for a post-process; and a reinforcing member fastening unit fastening the reinforcing members inserted in the profiles supplied in two rows by the injection unit to a piece through at least two reinforcing member fasteners.
본 발명에 따르면, 프로파일의 이송장치 및 체결장치를 포함한 하나의 설비 구성에서 2열의 보강재 체결이 이루어지게 됨으로써, 생산성 향상은 물론, 설비 비용의 감소와 효율적인 공장 공간 운영을 그 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 컨베이어를 통해 내부에 보강재가 삽입된 한 쌍의 프로파일을 이동시키는 이송부와, 이송부의 후단에 설치되어 이동된 한 쌍의 프로파일을 중심에 밀착 정렬 후, 상호 이격되도록 2열로 분리시키는 분리공급수단과, 2열로 분리된 프로파일을 동시에 파지하여 후공정에 투입시키는 투입수단과, 투입수단에 의해 2열로 공급되는 프로파일을 적어도 2개 이상의 보강재체결기를 통하여 동시에 내부에 삽입된 보강재를 피스로 체결시키는 보강재체결부를 포함하는 것이다.
