ROPE LADDER APPARATUS FOR EASCAPE OF SHIP
The present invention relates to a rope ladder apparatus for an emergency escape. The rope ladder apparatus can solve the problem regarding a large number of casualties caused by passengers in a hull not being able to safely and quickly escape from the hull when the hull of a large cruise or a ferry is tilted to a side due to an accident and starts flooding or a fire breaks out. The rope ladder apparatus includes: an emergency ladder box which is arranged on a side or both sides of an emergency exit or a door of a cabin, cabin passage, deck, dining room, or lounge; a door which is arranged in front of the emergency ladder box to be opened or closed; a locking device which is installed on the inner side of the door to lock or unlock the door; and a rope ladder which has a side fixed in the emergency ladder box and is stored on the floor in the emergency ladder box while being stacked in a zigzag shape. According to the present invention, the rope ladder apparatus automatically opens the emergency ladder box arranged next to the door or emergency exit when the ship is tilted to a side rapidly and sinks to automatically deploy the rope ladder, thereby enabling the passengers and crew in the ship to escape and exit the hull quickly.
본 발명은 선박의 비상 탈출용 줄사다리 장치에 관한 것으로, 대형 크루즈선이나 여객선이 사고로 인해 선체가 한쪽으로 기울면서 침몰하거나 침수, 화재 등이 발생할 때 선체 내부의 승객이 신속하고 안전하게 대피를 하지 못하여 많은 인명사고가 발생하는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다.본 발명의 선박의 비상 탈출용 줄사다리 장치는, 선박의 선실, 선실통로, 갑판, 식당, 휴게실의 출입문이나 비상구의 한쪽 또는 양쪽에 배치된 비상용 사다리함과, 상기 비상용 사다리함의 전방에 개폐 가능하게 배치된 도어와, 상기 도어의 내측에 설치되며 상기 도어를 잠금 및 해제시키는 잠금장치와, 상기 비상용 사다리함의 내부에 한쪽이 고정되고, 내부 바닥에 지그재그 형태로 적층 보관된 줄사다리를 포함하고 있다.본 발명에 따르면, 선박이 한쪽으로 급격하게 기울면서 침몰하는 경우, 출입문이나 비상구의 옆에 배치된 비상용 사다리함이 개방되면서 줄사다리가 자동으로 펼쳐짐으로써, 선내의 승객과 선원이 신속하게 선체 밖으로 탈출할 수 있다.
