JOINT FILLER AND FILLING DEVICE FOR PERMEABILITY BLOCK
The present invention relates to joint filler and a filling device for a permeable block for a sidewalk and a road which comprise a means mixed with joint sand filled in gaps between permeable blocks at a prescribed ratio to expand a volume when absorbing water in an early stage to allow the permeable blocks to push each other by the volume expansion means and stabilize the gaps between the permeable blocks in the early stage to prevent a gap on any one side from spreading or narrowing to uniformly arrange the gaps between the permeable blocks and allow stable construction. According to the present invention, the joint filler for a permeable block prevents permeable blocks laid on a sidewalk in a transverse and a longitudinal direction from moving and correctly positions the permeable blocks by filling gaps between the permeable blocks with joint sand. A volume expansion means which expands a volume thereof when water infiltrates thereinto, maintains a shape thereof once expanded, and does not absorb water again is mixed with the joint sand. The gaps between the permeable blocks are filled with the joint sand in which the volume expansion means is mixed to allow the volume expansion means to absorb water to expand the volume to prevent the permeable blocks from moving in all direction and fix the permeable blocks by the volume expansion means expanded in all directions of the permeable blocks.
본 발명은 투수블록과 투수블록의 사이 틈새로 채워지는 줄눈모래에 일정비율로 혼합되어 초기에 물을 흡수하면 부피가 팽창되는 수단을 마련함으로써, 부피팽창수단에 의해 투수블록들이 서로 밀어내면서 사이 틈새 간격이 초기에 안정되어 어느 한쪽의 틈새간격이 벌어지거나 좁혀지는 현상이 방지되어 투수블록들의 간격이 균일하게 배열되고 안정감 있는 시공이 가능한 보차도 투수블록용 줄눈재 및 이의 채움장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 인도에 투수블록이 종횡으로 깔리고, 투수블록과 투수블록의 사이 틈새에는 줄눈모래를 채워서 상기 투수블록들이 움직이지 않고 재자리를 잡도록 한 투수블록용 줄눈재에 있어서, 물이 스며들면 부피가 팽창되고 한번 팽창되면 그 형태를 유지하며, 재차 물을 흡수하지 않는 부피팽창수단을 상기 줄눈모래에 혼합하고, 상기 투수블록과 투수블록의 사이 틈새에 상기 부피팽창수단이 혼합된 줄눈모래를 채워서 상기 부피팽창수단이 물을 흡수하여 부피가 팽창되면 상기 투수블록들의 사방에서 팽창된 부피팽창수단에 의해 상기 투수블록들이 사방으로 움직이지 못하고 고정되는 특징이 있다.

본 발명은 투수블록과 투수블록의 사이 틈새로 채워지는 줄눈모래에 일정비율로 혼합되어 초기에 물을 흡수하면 부피가 팽창되는 수단을 마련함으로써, 부피팽창수단에 의해 투수블록들이 서로 밀어내면서 사이 틈새 간격이 초기에 안정되어 어느 한쪽의 틈새간격이 벌어지거나 좁혀지는 현상이 방지되어 투수블록들의 간격이 균일하게 배열되고 안정감 있는 시공이 가능한 보차도 투수블록용 줄눈재 및 이의 채움장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 인도에 투수블록이 종횡으로 깔리고, 투수블록과 투수블록의 사이 틈새에는 줄눈모래를 채워서 상기 투수블록들이 움직이지 않고 재자리를 잡도록 한 투수블록용 줄눈재에 있어서, 물이 스며들면 부피가 팽창되고 한번 팽창되면 그 형태를 유지하며, 재차 물을 흡수하지 않는 부피팽창수단을 상기 줄눈모래에 혼합하고, 상기 투수블록과 투수블록의 사이 틈새에 상기 부피팽창수단이 혼합된 줄눈모래를 채워서 상기 부피팽창수단이 물을 흡수하여 부피가 팽창되면 상기 투수블록들의 사방에서 팽창된 부피팽창수단에 의해 상기 투수블록들이 사방으로 움직이지 못하고 고정되는 특징이 있다.
