WATER PURIFICATION BIO BLOCK WITH LAPILLUS AND CEMENT AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a manufacturing method of a lapilli-cement mixed bio-block for water purification, where effective microorganisms for water purification are attached. More particularly, the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (a) manufacturing a block by mixing cement, lapilli as a coarse aggregate, and a water reducing agent; (b) conducting water curing of the manufactured block; and (c) soaking the block in a culture medium of the effective microorganisms for water purification. The manufacturing method may additionally include a step of immersing the water cured block in an ammonium diphosphate solution. The bio-block of the present invention maintains the survival of microorganisms, and remarkably suppresses contaminants by the effective microorganisms, thereby being useful as various materials for purifying contaminated water.
본 발명은 (a) 시멘트, 조골재로서 화산력, 및 감수제를 혼합하여 블록을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 제조된 블록을 수중양생하는 단계; (c) 상기 블록을 수질정화용 유용 미생물 배양액에 침지시키는 단계를 포함하는 수질정화용 유용 미생물이 정착된 화산력-시멘트 혼합 바이오 블록의 제조방법을 제공한다. 수중양생한 블록은 추가로 이인산암모늄 용액에 침지하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 바이오 블록은 미생물의 생존이 잘 유지되며, 유용 미생물에 의한 오염균 억제가 뛰어나 수질오염 정화 목적의 다양한 자재로 활용될 수 있다.
