APPARATUS WITH CASTERS FOR CLEANING RESIDUE IN BRIDGE AND METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a cleansing device with a caster for removing residues from a gap of a bridge and a method of using the same. The device includes a mountain plate (8) which removes residues from a gap of a bridge (9) (i.e. expansion joints of the bridge) and is installed across the gap horizontally. The mountain plate (8) is connected and fixed to the lower part of a support (81). The upper part of the support (81) is connected and fixed to a motor (82). The motor (82) is connected to a driving sleeve (820). The outer surface of the driving sleeve (820) is connected to the upper part of an inner hole of a sliding sleeve (7) to allow sliding through spline linking.
본 발명에 따른 캐스터를 구비한 교량 틈새 잔류물 클린징 장치 및 그 사용방법에 있어서, 교량(9)의 틈새(예를 들어 교량의 익스펜션 조인트)에 잔류물을 제거하며, 틈새에 가로로 걸쳐 설치된 마운틴 플레이트(8)을 포함하며, 상기 마운틴 플레이트(8)은 지지대(81)의 하단과 고정연결 되며, 상기 지지대(81)의 상단은 구동모터(82)와 고정연결 되며, 상기 구동모터(82)는 구동 슬리브(820)와 구동연결 되며, 상기 구동 슬리브(820)의 외부 표면은 스플라인 연동을 통해 슬라이딩 슬리브(7)의 내부홀 상부와 슬라이딩으로 연결된다.
