FLOATING PRODUCTION BUOY AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING THE SAME
As an aspect of the present invention, a floating production buoy with an equipment module (10) includes: a GBS (20) fixated on a sea bed; a buoyant tank (30) connected to the underside of the equipment module and adjusting buoyancy with seawater and a gas; and a storing tank (40) connected to the underside of the buoyant tank (30) and adjusting buoyancy with a gas and oil. According to this, an integrated configuration due to the module is reflected to the floating production buoy with consideration of a property that an offshore well shall move often. Thus, the floating production buoy is capable of being easily installed and reducing installation costs. In addition, the floating production buoy is capable of being launched on water by emptying the GBS in an early installation stage to secure additional buoyancy and reducing a burden to a crane due to a weight of the offshore well lifted by the crane.
본 발명의 일면으로서, 설비모듈(10)을 탑재한 부유식 생산용 부이에 있어서: 해저면에 고정되는 GBS(20); 상기 설비모듈(10)의 하측으로 연결되고, 해수과 가스로 부력을 조절하는 부력탱크(30); 및 상기 부력탱크(30)의 하측으로 연결되고, 가스와 오일로 부력을 조절하는 저장탱크(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 해상 유정의 특성상 자주 이동해야 하는 점을 고려하여 모듈에 의한 일체화 구성을 반영함에 따라 설치가 쉽고 설치비용이 적게 소요되며, 설치 초기에 GBS의 내부를 비워서 추가 부력을 확보하여 안정적으로 물위에 진수할 수 있고, 크레인이 들어 올려야 하는 무게의 부담을 경감할 수 있다.
