METHOD FOR FORMING OF CERAMIC GRANULE POWDER
The present invention relates to a molding method of ceramic powder, which can prevent damage to a molded ceramic product during a molding process of granulated ceramic powder. According to the present invention, the molding method of ceramic powder comprises: a first step of mixing granulated ceramic powder, and 0.5-1.0 wt% of oleic acid, 0.5-1.0 wt% of kerosene oil, and 0.5-1.0 wt% of paraffin or wax powder, with respect to 100 wt% of the ceramic powder; a second step of pouring the mixed materials into a mold according to the shape of a preferable product, and performing a molding process; a third step of drying a molded product and aging the same to reduce stress; and a fourth step of thermally treating the aged product at a predetermined temperature.
본 발명은 세라믹 파우더의 성형방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 세라믹 파우더의 성형방법은, 과립화(granule)된 세라믹 파우더, 상기 세라믹 파우더 100중량%를 기준으로 올레인산 0.5~1.0중량%, 상기 세라믹 파우더 100중량%를 기준으로 등유 0.5~1.0중량%, 및 상기 세라믹 파우더 100중량%를 기준으로 파라핀 또는 양초분말 0.5~1.0중량%를 배합하고 혼합하는 제1단계와; 혼합된 원료를 원하는 제품의 형상에 따른 금형에 부어 성형하는 제2단계와; 성형된 제품을 건조하고 응력을 줄이기 위해 숙성시키는 제3단계와; 숙성된 제품을 일정온도에서 열처리하는 제4단계를 구비한다.
