DOOR HAVING GLASSFIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC SHEET
Disclosed is a door including a glass fiber reinforced plastic sheet (GRP sheet or GRP skin). According to an aspect of the present invention, the door includes: a frame comprising horizontal and vertical frames; a glass fiber reinforced plastic sheet individually installed on the front surface and the rear surface of the frame and formed of a GRP material or an FRP material; an interior material installed by being filled in a filling space defined by the frame and the glass fiber reinforced plastic sheet; and at least one filling hole formed as a path through which the interior material is supplied from the outside to the filling space, wherein the filling hole is installed by passing through the frame. The frame does not have a groove or a hole except for the at least one filling hole, on the surface exposed to the outside. Therefore, the present invention can reduce a manufacturing space for the door including a glass fiber reinforced plastic sheet and enables efficient use of a man hour for manufacturing the door, thereby reducing manufacturing costs of the door.
본 개시(Disclosure)는, 유리섬유강화플라스틱 시트(Glassfiber Reinforced Plastic Sheet; GRP sheet or GRP skin)가 구비된 도어에 관한 것으로서, 본 개시의 일 태양에 따르면(According to one aspect of the present disclosure), 수평 및 수직 프레임으로 이루어지며, 골격을 형성하는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 전면과 후면에 각각 구비되고, GRP 또는 FRP 재질로 구성되는 유리섬유강화플라스틱 시트; 상기 프레임과 상기 유리섬유강화플라스틱 시트에 의해 정의되는 충진 공간에 충진 되어 구비되는 내장재; 및 상기 내장재가 외부로부터 상기 충진 공간으로 공급되는 통로로 제공되며 상기 프레임을 관통하여 구비되는 적어도 하나의 충진홀;을 포함하며, 상기 프레임은 외부로 노출된 면에 상기 적어도 하나의 충진홀을 제외한 홈 또는 홀이 구비되는 않는 유리섬유강화플라스틱 시트가 구비된 도어가 제공함으로써, 도어의 제조 공간을 감소시킬 수 있고, 도어의 제조 공수를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있어 도어를 제작하는데 소모되는 제조비용을 절감할 수 있다.
