ALUMINA CERAMICS COMPOSITION HAVING LOW SINTERING TEMPERATURE AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF
The present invention relates to a low-temperature sintering composition for 92-96% alumina ceramics, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of an alumina ceramics raw material: 0.5-1.3 parts by weight of B_2O_3; an acidic dispersant; and a binder. The alumina ceramics raw material is prepared by mixing 90-95 wt% of Al_2O_3, 1-3 wt% of talc, 0.4-2 wt% of CaCO_3, and 3.6-5 wt% of white clay. The composition for alumina ceramics has physical properties similar to alumina sintered at a high temperature, and has 92-96% purity.
본 발명은 저온소결형의 92~96% 알루미나 세라믹스용 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 AlO90~95wt%와, 탈크 1~3wt%, CaCO0.4~2wt% 및 백토 3.6~5wt%의 배합비로 혼합된 알루미나 세라믹스 원료 100중량부에 대하여, BO0.5~1.3 중량부, 산성물질의 분산제 및 바인더를 포함하여 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a low-temperature sintering composition for 92-96% alumina ceramics, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
