The present invention relates to a shutter falling prevention device for a shutter driving apparatus. The shutter falling prevention device includes: a rotation axis joined to the driving apparatus; a stopper which has one side, joined to the rotation axis to be able to rotate, a latch protruding from an outer circumferential side of the one side, and the other side joined to a chain roller; and a twist spring which is inserted in the rotation axis and has one side, fixated to the driving apparatus, and the other side, fixated to one side of the stopper, to pivot the stopper with elastic force. According to the present invention, the shutter falling prevention device includes the stopper joined to the twist spring which is maintained to be contracted by the chain. Therefore, when the chain is broken, the stopper pivots by elastic force of the twist spring. The shutter falling prevention device stops rotation of a gear as the latch of the stopper is engaged with the gear for driving the shutter. Consequently, the shutter falling prevention device prevents the shutter from falling.
본 발명은 셔터의 구동장치에 있어서, 상기 구동장치에 결합된 회전축; 일측은 상기 회전축에 회전가능하도록 결합되고, 일측 외주면엔 걸림쇠가 돌출되고, 타측은 체인로라가 결합된 스톱퍼; 및 상기 회전축에 삽입되되, 일측은 상기 구동장치에 고정되고, 타측은 상기 스톱퍼 일측에 고정되어 탄성력을 통해 상기 스톱퍼를 회동시키는 비틀림 스프링;를 포함하는 셔터 추락방지 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 체인에 의해 수축상태를 유지하는 비틀림 스프링이 결합된 스톱퍼를 구비함으로써, 체인이 끊어질 경우, 비틀림 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 스톱퍼가 회동하고, 스톱퍼의 걸림쇠가 셔터를 구동하는 기어에 맞물리게 되면서 기어의 회전을 멈추게 하여 셔터가 추락하는 것을 방지하는 셔터 추락방지 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
