INTEGRATED DRY SLAB
The present invention relates to an integrated dry lightweight slab which can display a resisting force having a similar level of a conventional concrete slab while reducing or omitting reinforcing bar laying and a concrete depositing process which are indispensable in a conventional concrete slab method. According to the present invention, an integrated dry lightweight slab comprises: a plurality of steel frame beams connected to a column to support a load; a support structure installed in the steel frame beams, and formed as a plurality of unit structures are continuously connected; a floor board arranged in an upper portion of the support structure; and a reinforcing rod interposed between the support structure and the floor board.
본 발명은 종래 콘크리트 슬래브 방식에 필수적이었던 보강 철근 매설, 콘크리트 타설 공정 자체를 축소하거나 생략할 수 있으면서도 종래 콘크리트 슬래브와 유사한 수준의 내력을 발휘할 수 있는 일체형 건식 경량 바닥판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 일체형 건식 경량 바닥판은 기둥에 연결되어 하중을 지탱하는 다수의 철골보와; 상기 다수의 철골보 상에 설치되고, 다수 개의 단위 구조체가 연속적으로 연결됨으로써 형성되는 지지 구조체와; 상기 지지 구조체 상부에 배치되는 마루청; 및 상기 지지 구조체와 상기 마루청 사이에 개재되는 보강대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
