According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fluid injection nozzle comprises: a containing unit which is made of ceramic materials, includes a flange projected to the outside, and has a containing groove to contain supplied fluid inside; a body unit which is formed on the lower side of the containing unit to be integrated so as to have a diameter smaller than the diameter of the containing unit, and has a first nozzle hole formed thereon so as to be connected to the containing groove; and a discharging unit which is formed on the lower side of the body unit to be integrated and has a second nozzle hole formed thereon so as to be connected to the first nozzle hole.
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 세라믹 재질로 이루어지며, 외측으로 돌출된 플랜지를 구비하고, 내부에는 공급되는 유체가 수용되는 수용홈이 형성된 수용부; 상기 수용부의 하측에 수용부의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖도록 일체로 형성되며, 상기 수용홈과 연통되도록 제1 노즐구멍이 형성된 몸체부; 및 상기 몸체부의 하측에 일체로 형성되며, 상기 제1 노즐구멍과 연통되도록 제2 노즐구멍이 형성된 토출부;를 포함하는 유체 분사 노즐을 제공한다.
