Fixing device of the vacuum insulation panel
The present invention relates to a fixing device for a vacuum insulation material which is used to fixate and install a vacuum insulation material onto a wall. More specifically, the fixing device for a vacuum insulation material comprises an inner fixing panel and an outer fixing panel. The inner fixing panel comprises: a wall fixing plate formed in a shape of a thin board having a fixated thickness, a fixated width, and a longitudinal length in an orthogonal direction on the width; and a fixing protrusion continuously formed in a longitudinal direction by protruding from a center of the width of the outer side in the wall fixing plate at a fixated height wherein a fixing protrusion has an insertion groove formed on a center at a fixated depth and a fixing groove continuously formed in the longitudinal direction. The outer fixing panel comprises: a separation prevention plate formed in the shape of the thin board which is long at the orthogonal direction on the width as the width is narrower than the wall fixing plate in order to fixate the vacuum insulation material horizontally or vertically located on the inner fixing panel fixated to a wall surface, onto the wall surface; and an insertion piece continuously formed in the longitudinal direction by protruding from the center of the inner surface of the separation prevention plate as deep as a depth of the insertion groove to be fixated to the inner fixing panel of the separation prevention plate.
본 발명은 진공단열재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 일정한 두께와 폭 및 상기 폭에 대해 직각방향으로 길이가 긴 얇은 판재모양으로 이루어진 벽면고정판과, 상기 벽면고정판의 외측면 폭 중심부에서 일정높이 돌출되어 길이방향으로 연속 형성되면서 그 중심부에 일정 깊이의 삽입홈이 길이방향으로 고정홈이 연속 형성된 고정턱이 구비되는 내부고정판넬; 벽면에 고정된 상기 내부고정판넬의 고정턱 좌우 또는 상하로 위치되는 진공단열재를 벽면에 고정시키기 위해 상기 벽면고정판보다 그 폭이 더 작은 크기로 이루어져 폭에 대해 직각방향으로 길이가 긴 얇은 판재모양으로 이루어진 이탈방지판과, 상기 이탈방지판이 내부고정판넬에 고정될 수 있도록 이탈방지판의 내측면 중심부에서 상기 삽입홈의 깊이만큼 돌출되어 길이방향으로 연속 형성되는 끼움편이 구비되는 외부고정판넬;로 구성된다.

The present invention relates to a fixing device for a vacuum insulation material which is used to fixate and install a vacuum insulation material onto a wall. More specifically, the fixing device for a vacuum insulation material comprises an inner fixing panel and an outer fixing panel. The inner fixing panel comprises: a wall fixing plate formed in a shape of a thin board having a fixated thickness, a fixated width, and a longitudinal length in an orthogonal direction on the width; and a fixing protrusion continuously formed in a longitudinal direction by protruding from a center of the width of the outer side in the wall fixing plate at a fixated height wherein a fixing protrusion has an insertion groove formed on a center at a fixated depth and a fixing groove continuously formed in the longitudinal direction. The outer fixing panel comprises: a separation prevention plate formed in the shape of the thin board which is long at the orthogonal direction on the width as the width is narrower than the wall fixing plate in order to fixate the vacuum insulation material horizontally or vertically located on the inner fixing panel fixated to a wall surface, onto the wall surface; and an insertion piece continuously formed in the longitudinal direction by protruding from the center of the inner surface of the separation prevention plate as deep as a depth of the insertion groove to be fixated to the inner fixing panel of the separation prevention plate.
본 발명은 진공단열재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 일정한 두께와 폭 및 상기 폭에 대해 직각방향으로 길이가 긴 얇은 판재모양으로 이루어진 벽면고정판과, 상기 벽면고정판의 외측면 폭 중심부에서 일정높이 돌출되어 길이방향으로 연속 형성되면서 그 중심부에 일정 깊이의 삽입홈이 길이방향으로 고정홈이 연속 형성된 고정턱이 구비되는 내부고정판넬; 벽면에 고정된 상기 내부고정판넬의 고정턱 좌우 또는 상하로 위치되는 진공단열재를 벽면에 고정시키기 위해 상기 벽면고정판보다 그 폭이 더 작은 크기로 이루어져 폭에 대해 직각방향으로 길이가 긴 얇은 판재모양으로 이루어진 이탈방지판과, 상기 이탈방지판이 내부고정판넬에 고정될 수 있도록 이탈방지판의 내측면 중심부에서 상기 삽입홈의 깊이만큼 돌출되어 길이방향으로 연속 형성되는 끼움편이 구비되는 외부고정판넬;로 구성된다.
