SNOW REMOVAL APPARATUS FOR COMPRISING ROTARY BRUSH HAVING SNOW SHOVEL
The present invention provides a snow shovel integrated rotary brush type snow removal apparatus, installed in front of a vehicle to perform a snow removal work, which comprises: a rotary brush unit removing the snow drifted on the ground while rotating in a direction opposite to the traveling direction of the vehicle; a connection and fixation unit arranged on a rear side of the rotary brush unit and hinged to the rotary brush unit to rotate the rotary brush unit to a left/right side; a cylinder unit having one end connected to the connection and fixation unit and moving the rotary brush unit up and down; a connection unit connected to the other end of the cylinder unit and arranged in front of the vehicle to be able to be attached or detached; a plate type shovel blade part hinged to a front side of the rotary brush unit and having constant height and width to remove the snow drifted on the ground; a plurality of link units having one end connected to the connection and fixation unit to be able to rotate and the other end connected to the connection unit to be able to rotate for supporting the position of the shovel blade part moving up and down; and a wheel unit installed in the connection and fixation unit and guiding the rotary brush unit and the shovel blade unit to move in the traveling direction of the vehicle. The present invention uses a cylindrical brush rotating in the direction opposite to the traveling direction of the vehicle in the case that an amount of snowfall is in a set range and uses the snow shovel hinged to a front side of the cylindrical brush in the case that an amount of snowfall is out of a set range when performing the snow removal work, thereby enhancing the effectiveness in removing the snow.
본 발명에 따른 차량의 전방에 장착되어 제설작업을 수행하는 눈삽 일체형 회전 브러시 제설장치는, 상기 차량의 진행방향과 반대방향으로 회전하면서 지면에 쌓인 눈을 제거하는 회전 브러시부와, 상기 회전 브러시부의 후측에 배치되고, 상기 회전 브러시부와 힌지 결합되어 상기 회전 브러시부를 좌우 방향으로 회동시키는 연결 고정부와, 일단이 상기 연결 고정부에 연결되어 상기 회전 브러시부를 상하 방향으로 이동시키는 실린더부와, 상기 실린더부의 타단에 연결되고, 상기 차량의 전방에 탈착 가능하도록 배치되는 연결부와, 상기 회전 브러시부의 전측에 힌지 결합되고, 지면에 쌓인 눈을 제거하도록 일정 높이와 폭을 가지는 판 형태의 삽날부와, 일단이 상기 연결 고정부에 회동 가능하게 연결되고, 타단이 상기 연결부에 회동 가능하게 연결되어 상하 방향으로 이동되는 상기 회전 브러시부의 위치를 지지하는 다수의 링크부 및 상기 연결 고정부에 장착되고, 상기 차량의 진행방향으로 상기 회전 브러시부 및 삽날부의 이동을 가이드하는 바퀴부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides a snow shovel integrated rotary brush type snow removal apparatus, installed in front of a vehicle to perform a snow removal work, which comprises: a rotary brush unit removing the snow drifted on the ground while rotating in a direction opposite to the traveling direction of the vehicle; a connection and fixation unit arranged on a rear side of the rotary brush unit and hinged to the rotary brush unit to rotate the rotary brush unit to a left/right side; a cylinder unit having one end connected to the connection and fixation unit and moving the rotary brush unit up and down; a connection unit connected to the other end of the cylinder unit and arranged in front of the vehicle to be able to be attached or detached; a plate type shovel blade part hinged to a front side of the rotary brush unit and having constant height and width to remove the snow drifted on the ground; a plurality of link units having one end connected to the connection and fixation unit to be able to rotate and the other end connected to the connection unit to be able to rotate for supporting the position of the shovel blade part moving up and down; and a wheel unit installed in the connection and fixation unit and guiding the rotary brush unit and the shovel blade unit to move in the traveling direction of the vehicle. The present invention uses a cylindrical brush rotating in the direction opposite to the traveling direction of the vehicle in the case that an amount of snowfall is in a set range and uses the snow shovel hinged to a front side of the cylindrical brush in the case that an amount of snowfall is out of a set range when performing the snow removal work, thereby enhancing the effectiveness in removing the snow.
