The present invention relates to an insulator fixing device of an aluminum cast, which is able to insert and solidly combine a fixing screw which is coupled and fixated on the aluminum cast with a fixing cap which supports an insulator when inserting and fixating the fixing screw. The insulator fixing device of an aluminum cast enables the fixing screw to be easily separated from the fixing cap when removing the aluminum cast. The insulator fixing device comprises: a coupling member which has a spiral unit in the lower part in order to be coupled to an aluminum cast in a spiral shape from a stopper and has a fixing shaft and an electric tool insertion unit in the upper part; and an insulator fixing member which has a fixing tube body so that the electric tool insertion unit and the fixing shaft can be closely inserted and fixated by being opened inwards from the bottom surface in the center of a support plate placed on the upper side of the insulator. The present invention also includes a hanging protrusion unit which enables the fixing shaft and the fixing tube body to be solidly fixated and combined.
본 발명은 알루미늄 거푸집에 체결 고정되는 고정나사와 상기 고정나사가 삽입 고정되면서 단열재를 지지하는 고정캡이 견고하게 끼움 결합될 수 있도록 함과 아울러, 알루미늄 거푸집을 탈거시켜 주고자 할 경우 고정나사가 고정캡으로부터 용이하게 분리될 수 있도록 한 알루미늄 거푸집의 단열재 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 이는 스토퍼를 기점을 하여 하부에 알루미늄거푸집에 나선체결되도록 나선부를 갖고, 상부에는 고정축과 전동공구삽입부를 갖춘 체결부재와, 단열재 상면에 얹혀지는 지지판의 중앙에 저면을 기점으로 하여 내측으로 개방되어 전동공구삽입부와 고정축이 긴밀하게 삽입고정될 수 있도록 고정관체를 갖춘 단열재고정부재로 이루어진 단열재고정장치에 있어서, 상기 고정축과 고정관체가 견고하게 고정 결합될 수 있도록 하는 걸림돌기부가 갖추어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
