The present invention relates to a hydraulic pump control device, and a hydraulic pump control method. According to the present invention, the hydraulic pump control device transmits a rotational force supplied from an engine to a hydraulic pump when the hydraulic pump control device is connected and comprises a clutch which does not transmit the rotational force supplied from the engine to the hydraulic pump when the hydraulic pump control device is disconnected. A control unit enables the clutch to be connected when it is sensed that an operation unit is in an operating state by an operation sensing unit, and the control unit enables the clutch to be disconnected when it is sensed that the operation unit is in a non-operating state by the operation sensing unit.
본 발명은 유압 펌프를 제어하기 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 유압 펌프 제어 장치는, 접속되면 엔진으로부터 공급되는 회전력을 유압 펌프에 전달하고, 접속해제되면 엔진으로부터 공급되는 회전력을 유압 펌프에 전달하지 않는 클러치를 포함하고, 조작 감지부에 의해 조작부가 조작 상태인 것으로 감지되면 제어부는 클러치를 접속시키고, 조작 감지부에 의해 조작부가 조작해제 상태인 것으로 감지되면 제어부는 클러치를 접속해제시킨다.
