The present invention relates to an installation method for an inner device (30) using an opening and closing unit (20) of a collecting pipe (20a) horizontally installed on the lower side of a collecting well (10). The installation method for an inner device (30) includes: a sealed container preparing step of preparing a sealed container (100), wherein the sealed container (100) includes a main body (110) formed in a sealed structure and having an accommodation space of the inner device (30) on the inner side, a connection unit (120) formed in the main body (110) to be connected to the opening and closing unit (20) of the collecting pipe (20a), and a water pressure maintaining pipe (125) in which one end is connected to the main body (110); an inner device installing step of drawing the inner device (30) in the sealed container (100); a sealed container installing step of installing the sealed container (100) in the opening and closing unit (20) of the collecting pipe (20a), connecting the connection unit (120) to the opening and closing unit (20) of the collecting pipe (20a), and enabling the other end of the water pressure maintaining pipe (125) to face the upper part of the collecting well (10); a water pressure leveling step of filling the water pressure maintaining pipe (125) as the water flows in through the connection unit (120), by opening the opening and closing unit (20) of the collecting pipe (20a) and of stopping the outflow of the water from the collecting pipe (20a); and an inner device operating step of operating the inner device (30) accommodated in the sealed container (100) toward the inner side of the collecting pipe (20a) by the connection unit (120). The installation method enables the inner device of the collecting pipe to be easily installed without an underwater work.

본 발명은 집수정(10)의 하부 측방에 수평방향으로 설치된 집수관(20a)의 개폐부(20)를 통해 내부장치(30)를 설치하기 위한 방법으로서, 밀폐구조로 형성됨과 아울러 내부에 상기 내부장치(30)의 수용공간이 형성된 본체(110), 상기 집수관(20a)의 개폐부(20)와 연통하도록 상기 본체(110)에 형성된 연통부(120), 일단이 상기 본체(110)에 연결된 수압유지관(125)을 포함하는 밀폐용기(100)를 준비하는 밀폐용기 준비단계; 상기 밀폐용기(100)의 내부에 상기 내부장치(30)를 인입하는 내부장치 설치단계; 상기 밀폐용기(100)를 상기 집수관(20a)의 개폐부(20)에 설치하되, 상기 연통부(120)가 상기 집수관(20a)의 개폐부(20)와 연통하고, 상기 수압유지관(125)의 타단이 상기 집수정(10)의 상부를 향하도록 하는 밀폐용기 설치단계; 상기 집수관(20a)의 개폐부(20)를 개방하여, 상기 연통부(120)를 통해 물이 유입되어 상기 수압유지관(125)을 채움으로써, 상기 집수관(20a)으로부터 물의 유출이 정지되도록 하는 수압 평형유지단계; 상기 밀폐용기(100)에 수용된 상기 내부장치(30)가 상기 연통부(120)를 통해 상기 집수관(20a)의 내부를 향해 가동하도록 하는 내부장치 가동단계;를 포함하는 공정을 제시함으로써, 수중작업에 의하지 않으면서도 제수관 내부장치를 쉽게 설치할 수 있도록 한다.
