The present invention relates to a joining structure of an aluminum curtain wall which can accurately join a fixation member for fixating a glass panel to the center of a joining portion of an aluminum structure, consequently prevents leakage of rainwater and deterioration of a nice appearance, and has excellent heat insulation performance. A screw for fixating a glass panel is joined to a joining portion arranged on a front surface unit of the aluminum structure after a first gasket is installed between glass panels, facing each other, and the aluminum structure on which the glass panels are installed and then a second gasket, corresponding to the first gasket, is installed on the outside of the glass panels. A joining portion of the aluminum structure is formed in a recessed shape. A wedge groove is arranged on a portion which is inserted into the joining portion in the recessed shape, is mounted on the front surface unit of the aluminum structure, and allows the screw for fixating a glass panel to be joined thereto. In addition, an insulation material having a binding groove is installed on the outside of the wedge groove. A third gasket, which is interposed between glass panels, facing each other, between the second gasket and the insulation material, is joined to the binding groove of the insulation material, and has a V-notch groove formed to be in line with the wedge groove of the insulation material on a portion where the screw for fixating a glass panel is joined and inserted.
본 발명은 유리패널을 고정하기 위한 고정부재를 알루미늄 구조재의 결합 부위 센터에 정확하게 체결할 수 있게 됨으로써 빗물 누수와 외관미 훼손을 방지하게 되고, 우수한 단열 기능을 갖게 되는 알루미늄 커튼월의 결합 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 대향하는 유리패널들과 이 유리패널들이 설치되는 알루미늄 구조재의 전면부와의 사이에 제1가스켓이 설치되고, 유리패널들 외측에 제1가스켓에 대응하는 제2가스켓이 설치된 상태에서 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 알루미늄 구조재의 전면부에 마련된 결합 부위에 결합되는 알루미늄 커튼월의 결합구조물에 있어서, 알루미늄 구조재의 결합 부위는 함입된 형태로 이루어지고, 이 함입된 형태의 결합 부위에 끼워지면서 알루미늄 구조재의 전면부에 안착되되 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 결합되어 들어오는 부위에 쐐기홈이 구비됨과 아울러 이 쐐기홈의 외측으로 결착홈이 구비된 단열재가 설치되며, 제2가스켓과 단열재의 사이에서 대향하는 유리패널들 사이에 개재되는 상태로 단열재의 결착홈에 결합되되 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 결합되어 들어오는 부위에 단열재의 쐐기홈과 일직선상으로 V-노치홈이 형성된 제3가스켓이 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.

A screw for fixating a glass panel is joined to a joining portion arranged on a front surface unit of the aluminum structure after a first gasket is installed between glass panels, facing each other, and the aluminum structure on which the glass panels are installed and then a second gasket, corresponding to the first gasket, is installed on the outside of the glass panels. A joining portion of the aluminum structure is formed in a recessed shape. A wedge groove is arranged on a portion which is inserted into the joining portion in the recessed shape, is mounted on the front surface unit of the aluminum structure, and allows the screw for fixating a glass panel to be joined thereto. In addition, an insulation material having a binding groove is installed on the outside of the wedge groove. A third gasket, which is interposed between glass panels, facing each other, between the second gasket and the insulation material, is joined to the binding groove of the insulation material, and has a V-notch groove formed to be in line with the wedge groove of the insulation material on a portion where the screw for fixating a glass panel is joined and inserted.
본 발명은 유리패널을 고정하기 위한 고정부재를 알루미늄 구조재의 결합 부위 센터에 정확하게 체결할 수 있게 됨으로써 빗물 누수와 외관미 훼손을 방지하게 되고, 우수한 단열 기능을 갖게 되는 알루미늄 커튼월의 결합 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 대향하는 유리패널들과 이 유리패널들이 설치되는 알루미늄 구조재의 전면부와의 사이에 제1가스켓이 설치되고, 유리패널들 외측에 제1가스켓에 대응하는 제2가스켓이 설치된 상태에서 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 알루미늄 구조재의 전면부에 마련된 결합 부위에 결합되는 알루미늄 커튼월의 결합구조물에 있어서, 알루미늄 구조재의 결합 부위는 함입된 형태로 이루어지고, 이 함입된 형태의 결합 부위에 끼워지면서 알루미늄 구조재의 전면부에 안착되되 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 결합되어 들어오는 부위에 쐐기홈이 구비됨과 아울러 이 쐐기홈의 외측으로 결착홈이 구비된 단열재가 설치되며, 제2가스켓과 단열재의 사이에서 대향하는 유리패널들 사이에 개재되는 상태로 단열재의 결착홈에 결합되되 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 결합되어 들어오는 부위에 단열재의 쐐기홈과 일직선상으로 V-노치홈이 형성된 제3가스켓이 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.
