The present invention relates to a retaining wall block (10) formed by coupling a decorative panel (50) and a block (70). Two decorative panel holders (20, 21) are coupled to the left and right sides of the block (70), respectively. Upper coupling keys (31, 32) and lower coupling keys (33, 34) are formed on the front surfaces of the decorative panel holders (20, 21) which are exposed in front of a front block surface unit (41). The lower coupling keys (33, 34) of the decorative panel holders (20, 21) are coupled to grooves (61) extended horizontally on the lower part of the decorative panel (50) mounted on the front block surface unit (41) to support the left and right sides of the lower part of the decorative panel. The upper coupling keys (31, 32) of the decorative panel holders (20, 21) are coupled to the grooves (62) extended horizontally on the upper part of the decorative panel (50) to support left and right sides of the upper part of the decorative panel (50). The left and right sides of the upper and lower parts of the decorative panel (50) are coupled to reliably support the decorative panel (50) and prevent separation or swinging thereof while realizing a beautiful, eco-friendly, and integrated retainer wall.
