The present invention relates to a soundproof panel for a gang form, blocking noise and dust transferred to the outside through an opening part formed on a lower layer in a procedure of disassembling a gang form installed when a building is constructed. A conventional blocking device has a transparent soundproof plate installed on a rectangular support frame by using panel clips to close an opening part. When the opening part is large, unit soundproof panels are connected by a clip member into a proper size. However, a large number of components are used in the conventional blocking device, thereby causing an increase in manufacturing costs. Moreover, it is not easy to deliver the large number of components to a workplace due to the considerable weight and size of the components. According to the present invention, the soundproof panel is light, vertical grooves on both sides and horizontal grooves on upper and lower parts that are secured by assembling a first soundproof panel and a second soundproof panel, which are divided to improve formability, and a vertical pipe is extended to a lower part of the gang form and then inserted into the vertical grooves to be fastened through a bolt. A separate fixing component is unnecessary such that assembling is easily and conveniently performed, and noise and dust generated from the lower layer can be blocked.
본 발명은 건물 시공시 설비된 갱폼을 해체하는 과정에서 하부층에 형성된 개구부를 통해 외부로 전달되는 소음 및 분진을 차폐하도록 하는 갱폼용 방음패널에 관한 것으로서, 종래에 제공된 차폐장치는 사각 지지프레임에 패널 클립들을 이용하여 투명한 방음판을 설치하여서 개구부를 폐쇄하도록 구성되고, 개구부가 크게 형성된 경우에는 단위 방음판을 클립부재로 연결하여 이루어짐으로써, 적절한 크기를 완성할 수 있도록 구성되었으나, 여러 수의 부품으로 이루어짐으로써, 제조비용이 상승하는 문제가 있고, 그렇게 많은 부품 수는 상당한 중량과 크기에 의해서 작업장으로 운반하기가 용이하지 않은 문제점이 있었던 바, 본 발명은 방음패널을 경량화시키고, 성형성도 용이하도록 분할된 제1.2방음패널을 조립하여 양측에 수직홈과 상,하부에 수평홈을 확보하여 그 수직홈에 갱폼의 하부에 연장된 수직파이프를 삽입시킨 후 볼트로 체결시켜 고정함으로써, 별도의 고정부품이 불필요하여 조립이 쉽고 간편하면서도 하부층에서 발생하는 소음과 분진을 차폐할 수 있는 갱폼용 방음패널을 제공할 수 있는 것이다.
