STRUCTURE THERMAL INSULATOR FOR WINDOW FRAME
The present invention relates to a thermal insulator structure for a window frame to suppress expansion or shrinkage force caused by an air pressure in a space depending on a climate change, in a space with closed four sides of a plate-shaped insulation member provided between the member A and B, capable of preventing a decrease in the service life and a functional degradation of the insulation member. To this end, a thermal insulator structure for a window frame comprises: a plate-shaped insulation member formed with a rail-type fastening groove on an inner surface, with an open center portion to engage a spacer; and the spacer having a length corresponding to a distance of the plate-shaped insulation member installed between the member A and B of the window frame having the fastening grooves opposite to each other, and with both ends having a protruding portion to be joined to the opposing fastening grooves of the plate-shaped insulation member to prevent loosening toward a surface side of the plate-shaped insulation member. The spacer is capable of preventing the expansion and the shrinkage of the plate-shaped insulation member.
본 발명은 A,B부재 사이에 설치된 판상 단열부재와의 협동으로 조성된 사면폐쇄형 공간에 있어서 기후적 변화에 따른 공간 내의 공기압에 따라 일어나는 팽창 또는 수축현상을 극력 억제하여 단열부재의 수명단축 및 기능저하를 방지할 수 있는 창호용 단열구조를 제공하기 위하여, 스페이서를 끼울 수 있게 가운데를 틔운 레일형 끼움홈이 내면 상에 형성된 판상 단열부재와. 상기 끼움홈이 마주 보도록 창호의 A,B부재 간에 설치된 판상 단열부재의 거리에 상응하는 길이를 갖고 양단에는 각 판상 단열부재에서 대립하는 끼움홈에 맞춰 끼워 판상 단열부재의 면방향으로 빠지지 않게 거는 걸림턱이 형성된 스페이서로 이루어져 스페이서에 의해 판상 단열부재의 팽창과 수축을 방지하도록 창호용 단열구조를 재구성한 것이다.
