ARTIFICIAL STONE HAVING TRANSCUTANEOUS MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE OF SURFACE EXPOSURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to artificial stone having transcutaneous magnesium chloride exposed on a surface thereof, and more specifically, to artificial stone having transcutaneous magnesium chloride exposed on a surface thereof designed in such a manner that beneficial magnesium minerals are transmitted to the skin when transcutaneous magnesium chloride exposed on a surface thereof is in contact with the users skin. The artificial stone is formed in a manner that a mixture with transcutaneous magnesium chloride is inputted into a mold, cured and molded, wherein the mixture is prepared by stirring mineral powder paste sprayed with oriental medicine liquid-soluble magnesium chloride liquid, solid magnesium oxide powder, soluble magnesium chloride with magnesium chloride mineral balls formed into an irregular shape, stone mixing powder. The mineral ball comprising soluble magnesium chloride is kept in a tank with water for 24 hours to dilute the level of magnesium chloride is diluted such that a chemical bonding reaction between magnesium chloride contained to the mineral balls and oriental medicine liquid-soluble magnesium chloride liquid is carried out stably during the curing and molding process, and thus, bending phenomenon of the artificial stone is prevented.
본 발명은 표면 노출 경피성 염화마그네슘을 가진 인조석에 관한 것으로서, 표면에 노출된 경피성 염화마그네슘이 사용자의 피부에 접촉되면 유익한 마그네슘 미네랄 성분이 피부를 통해 전달되는 표면 노출 경피성 염화마그네슘을 가진 인조석으로, 한약물 수용성 염화마그네슘 용액, 고체 산화마그네슘 가루, 수용성 염화마그네슘 용액이 분무된 광물 가루 반죽을 부정형 형상으로 빚은 염화마그네슘 광물 경단과, 석재 배합 가루를 교반시킨 표면 노출 경피성 염화마그네슘을 가진 혼합물을 금형틀에 투입해 경화 성형하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 노출 경피성 염화마그네슘을 가진 인조석에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 수용성 염화마그네슘이 포함된 광물 경단은 물이 담긴 수조에 24시간 담가 수용성 염화마그네슘의 농도를 희석함으로써, 경화 성형 과정에서 광물 경단에 포함된 수용성 염화마그네슘이 한약물 수용성 염화마그네슘 용액과의 화학 결합 반응이 안정적으로 이루어져 휘는 현상을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
