The present invention relates to a heat insulating fireproof shutter, which comprises: a heat insulating block (110) vertically forming an overlapped unit (112), wherein upper and lower overlapped units (112) are joined to each other to be overlapped in order, and vertically forming a plurality of through holes (113); a main cover member (120) coupled to one side of the heat insulating block (110) to cover the one side and perforating through holes (123) matched with the though holes (113) on the vertical line; a melted cover member (130) coupled to the other side of the heat insulating block (110) to cover the other side; and an actuating wire rope (140) penetrated though the through holes (113, 123) of the heat insulating block (110) and the main cover member (120), coupled to a lower end to a lower bar (150), and coupling an upper end to a shutter box to be lifted and lowered. Therefore, the present invention is capable of forming the actuating wire rope eccentrically to wind or unwind the heat insulating block for smoothly lifting or lowering the heat insulating block and coupling a foaming heat insulating body on a front side or a back side thereof and foaming by heat to perfectly fill a gap when a fire occurs to perfectly prevent dispersion of high heat, wind heat or flames due to the fire.
본 발명은 차열 방화셔터에 관한 것으로, 상하로 겹침부(112)를 형성하되 상하 결침부(112)가 상호 연접하여 전후로 중첩하도록 하고 수직으로 복수의 관통공(113)를 천공한 차열블록(110)과, 상기 차열블록(110)의 일측면에 결합하여 커버링하되 관통공(113)에 수직선상으로 일치시킨 관통공(123)을 천공하여 형성한 메인커버부재(120)와, 상기 차열블록(110)의 타측면에 결합하여 커버링하는 용융커버부재(130), 및 상기 차열블록(110)과 메인커버부재(120)의 관통공(113,123)을 관통시키되 하단을 하부바(150)에 결합하고 상단을 셔터박스에 결합시켜 승하강 할 수 있도록 하는 작동와이어로프(140)로 구성하므로, 방화셔터의 전면이나 배면에 발포차열체를 결합하여 화재발생시 열에 의해 발포하여 틈새를 완벽하게 메워 화재에 따른 고열이나 풍열 또는 화염 등이 번지는 것을 완벽하게 방지할 수 있도록 할 뿐 만 아니라 작동와이어로프을 편심하도록 형성하여 원활하게 차열블록을 감거나 풀어 원활하게 승하강시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
