MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PREFABRICATED LOESS PANNEL AND LOESS PANNEL MANIFACTURED BY THE MOTHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a prefabricated red clay panel and the red clay panel manufactured through the same, in which panels filled with a red clay mixture are manufactured, and prefabricated and constructed in the field, strong construction is performed in an engagement-assembling manner, heat insulating performance is improved by the red clay mixture, and an effective ingredient can be discharged. In order to accomplish the objective, according to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a prefabricated red clay panel includes: a frame fabricating step of fabricating a frame so as to have a sidewall that engages with an adjacent lateral side which comes in contact with the sidewall; a red-clay filling step of filling a red clay mixture into the fabricated frame; a hardening step of hardening the filled red clay mixture; drying the hardened red clay panel; and a red clay mixture applying step of applying the red clay mixture to the dried red clay panel.
본 발명은 황토혼합물이 충전된 패널을 제조하고 이를 현장에서 조립하여 시공할 수 있으며, 맞물림 조립으로 견고한 시공이 이루어지고, 황토혼합물에 의해 단열 성능이 개선되며, 유효 성분을 방출할 수 있는 친환경 소재로 이루어지는 조립식 황토 패널의 제조방법 및 그 방법으로 제조되는 황토 패널에 관한 것이다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 조립식 황토 패널의 제조방법은 면접하는 이웃의 측면과 맞물림되는 측벽을 갖도록 프레임을 제작하는 프레임 제작단계; 상기 제작된 프레임에 황토 혼합물을 충전하는 황토 혼합물 충전단계; 상기 충전된 황토 혼합물을 다짐하는 다짐단계; 상기 다짐된 황토 패널을 건조하는 건조단계; 및 상기 건조된 황토 패널에 황토 혼합풀을 도포하는 황토 혼합풀 도포단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
