Partially prestressed concrete slab and ribbon bridge construction method using thereof
The present invention relates to a slab which is partially prestressed through a connection key and a construction method for a ribbon bridge using the same. A partial tension member, which passes through the center of the connection key enabling a precast slab to be arranged at a predetermined position and be assembled, is installed, and the partial tension member is prestressed. So, integrity on a joint part of the slabs adjacent to each other is improved. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the slab installed to be mounted on a support cable connecting lower structures of a bridge and connected by prestressing the tension member includes: a slab body; a connection pin installed on one side of the slab body and having a through hole at the center; a connection pin accommodation unit installed on the other side of the slab body and having a pin insertion groove to which the connection pin can be inserted when the slab body is connected, wherein the connection pin accommodation unit also has a through hole connected to the through hole of the connection pin at the center; and the partial tension member integrating the slab bodies adjacent to each other by being inserted into the through hole of the connection pin and the connection pin accommodation unit and anchored after a tensile force is applied.
본 발명은 접합키를 통해 부분 프리스트레스가 도입되는 바닥판 및 이를 이용한 리본교량 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 프리캐스트 바닥판이 정위치되면서 조립되도록 하는 접합키의 중심을 관통하는 부분인장재를 설치하고 부분인장재에 프리스트레스를 도입하여 이웃하는 바닥판의 이음부분에 대한 일체성 향상되도록 하는 접합키를 통해 부분 프리스트레스가 도입되는 바닥판 및 이를 이용한 리본교량 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 교량의 하부구조물 사이를 연결하는 지지케이블에 거치되도록 설치되고 인장재의 프리스트레스 도입을 통해 연결되는 바닥판에 있어서, 바닥판몸체; 상기 바닥판몸체의 일측에 설치되고 중심부에는 관통홀이 형성되어 있는 접합핀; 상기 바닥판몸체의 타측에 설치되고 이웃하는 바닥판몸체의 결합시 상기 접합핀이 삽입될 수 있도록 핀삽입홈이 형성되며 중심부에는 상기 접합핀의 관통홀과 연통되는 관통홀이 형성되어 있는 접합핀 수용부; 상기 접합핀과 접합핀 수용부의 관통홀로 삽입되고 인장력 도입 후 정착됨으로써 이웃하는 바닥판몸체가 일체화되도록 하는 부분인장재;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 프리스트레스의 도입이 가능한 바닥판 및 이를 이용한 리본교량 시공방법에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.

The present invention relates to a slab which is partially prestressed through a connection key and a construction method for a ribbon bridge using the same. So, integrity on a joint part of the slabs adjacent to each other is improved. 본 발명은 접합키를 통해 부분 프리스트레스가 도입되는 바닥판 및 이를 이용한 리본교량 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 프리캐스트 바닥판이 정위치되면서 조립되도록 하는 접합키의 중심을 관통하는 부분인장재를 설치하고 부분인장재에 프리스트레스를 도입하여 이웃하는 바닥판의 이음부분에 대한 일체성 향상되도록 하는 접합키를 통해 부분 프리스트레스가 도입되는 바닥판 및 이를 이용한 리본교량 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 교량의 하부구조물 사이를 연결하는 지지케이블에 거치되도록 설치되고 인장재의 프리스트레스 도입을 통해 연결되는 바닥판에 있어서, 바닥판몸체; 상기 바닥판몸체의 일측에 설치되고 중심부에는 관통홀이 형성되어 있는 접합핀; 상기 바닥판몸체의 타측에 설치되고 이웃하는 바닥판몸체의 결합시 상기 접합핀이 삽입될 수 있도록 핀삽입홈이 형성되며 중심부에는 상기 접합핀의 관통홀과 연통되는 관통홀이 형성되어 있는 접합핀 수용부; 상기 접합핀과 접합핀 수용부의 관통홀로 삽입되고 인장력 도입 후 정착됨으로써 이웃하는 바닥판몸체가 일체화되도록 하는 부분인장재;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 프리스트레스의 도입이 가능한 바닥판 및 이를 이용한 리본교량 시공방법에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.
