Post-tension anchor
The present invention relates to a post-tension anchor capable of strongly fixing an anchor to a mold with a simple process fixing a pocket former to the mold by screwing the pocket former to an encapsulating unit and having a screw thread formed on an upper end of the encapsulating unit surrounding an outer circumferential surface of an anchor main body. The post-tension anchor comprises: an anchor main body including a through hole which is formed at a lower end of the center thereof and through which a tendon passes, a cylindrical body unit formed at an upper portion of the through hole so that a wedge accommodation unit having a wedge inserted from an upper end thereof communicates with the through hole, and an anchor plate integrally formed on an outer circumferential surface of the body unit, and an anchor plate integrally formed on an outer circumferential surface of the body unit; and an encapsulating unit surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the anchor main body. The encapsulating unit includes a coupling unit protruding from an upper end of the body unit by a predetermined length and having a female screw thread formed on an inner circumferential surface of the coupling unit.
본 발명은 앵커본체 외주면을 감싸는 인캡슐부 상단에 나사산을 형성하고 인캡슐부에 포켓포머를 나사 결합함으로써, 포켓포머를 거푸집에 고정하는 간단한 공정을 통하여 앵커를 거푸집에 단단하게 고정할 수 있는 포스트텐션 앵커에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 포스트텐션 앵커는 중앙 하단에 긴장재가 통과되는 관통공이 형성되고, 상기 관통공 상부에 웨지가 상단에서 삽입되는 웨지수용부가 관통공과 연통되도록 형성된 원통 형상의 몸체부 및 상기 몸체부의 외주면에 일체로 형성된 앵커플레이트로 구성되는 앵커본체; 및 상기 앵커본체의 외주면을 감싸는 인캡슐부; 로 구성되되, 상기 인캡슐부는 몸체부 상단으로 일정 길이 돌출되는 결합부가 일체로 형성되고, 상기 결합부의 내주면에는 암나사산이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
