배기가스 정화 사양의 작업기(엔진)로부터 소음기 사양의 작업기(211)(엔진(1))에 상기 엔진(1)의 배기가스 배출 구조를 용이하게 변경할 수 있도록 한 작업기의 엔진 장치를 제공하는 것을 과제로 하고 있다. 엔진(1)의 배기가스를 처리하는 배기가스 정화 장치(2)를 구비하고, 엔진(1)이 탑재된 본기측에 배기가스 정화 장치(2)를 배치함과 아울러, 배기가스 정화 장치(2)의 배기가스를 테일 파이프(135)로부터 기외로 방출시키는 작업기의 엔진 장치에 있어서, 배기가스 정화 장치(2)는 배기가스 도입측 하우징(44)과 배기가스 배출측 하우징(45)을 갖고, 엔진(1)의 배기 매니폴드(7)에 배기가스 도입측 하우징(44)의 배기가스 입구를 접속시킴과 아울러, 테일 파이프(135)에 배기가스 배출측 하우징(45)의 출구를 접속시키는 구조이며, 엔진(1)의 배기음을 감쇠시키는 소음기 하우징(42)을 구비하고, 배기가스 도입측 하우징(44) 또는 배기가스 배출측 하우징(45) 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽에 소음기 하우징(42)을 내부 삽입 가능하게 구성한 것이다.
[Object] To provide an engine system used for a working machine and configured to facilitate the change of an exhaust-gas discharging structure for an engine 1 for remodeling from a working machine (engine) conforming to an exhaust-gas purification specification into a working machine 211 (engine 1) conforming to a silencer specification. [Means of Realizing the Object] An engine system for a working machine includes an engine 1 disposed in a main body of the working machine, an exhaust manifold 7 disclosed in the main body and coupled to the engine 1, a tail pipe 135 disposed in the main body, an exhaust-gas purification device 2 disposed in the main body and including an exhaust-gas inlet-side housing 44 including an exhaust-gas inlet coupled to the exhaust manifold 7, and an exhaust-gas outlet-side housing 45 including an exhaust-gas outlet coupled to the tail pipe 135, the exhaust-gas purification device 2 being configured to purify exhaust gas discharged from the engine 1 and cause the purified exhaust gas to be discharged from the tail pipe 135 to an outside of the engine system, and a silencer housing 42 disposed as needed in any one or both of the exhaust-gas inlet-side housing 44 and the exhaust-gas outlet-side housing 45 to attenuate exhaust sound of the engine 1.

[Means of Realizing the Object] An engine system for a working machine includes an engine 1 disposed in a main body of the working machine, an exhaust manifold 7 disclosed in the main body and coupled to the engine 1, a tail pipe 135 disposed in the main body, an exhaust-gas purification device 2 disposed in the main body and including an exhaust-gas inlet-side housing 44 including an exhaust-gas inlet coupled to the exhaust manifold 7, and an exhaust-gas outlet-side housing 45 including an exhaust-gas outlet coupled to the tail pipe 135, the exhaust-gas purification device 2 being configured to purify exhaust gas discharged from the engine 1 and cause the purified exhaust gas to be discharged from the tail pipe 135 to an outside of the engine system, and a silencer housing 42 disposed as needed in any one or both of the exhaust-gas inlet-side housing 44 and the exhaust-gas outlet-side housing 45 to attenuate exhaust sound of the engine 1.
